D	Daniel & Izabel's Life Adventures on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice a year I go to this spa, I just love everything in here from the massages to food and drinks, and sometimes they have promotions specially if it's your birthday, clean and nice ambiance, staffs are also nice, so far I have no complains, it's perfect for Birthdays and Mother's day, my special hide out. You can bring your friends, husband or your whole family! Great spa!

But it’s simply a spa and a cold pool on a rooftop, nothing fancy our worth the travel. For the price I could go to a way much nicer spa.

We called on the phone a week before to make sure the card would still be valid , only to come to sky spa and have to pay 127$ more. Wouldn't go again because of this incident. No apology for the miscommunication or anything.
D	Daria Denissova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and new facilities, courteous staff, restaurant is nice. It wasn’t too crowded at all (Tuesday afternoon) and people were respecting the silence. I had one of the best massages with Sebastien! The saunas, steam room and hot tubs were nice and hot. A significant area to improve is the relaxation room. It was basically a plain room with some flat mats to lie on. As well as some quite uncomfortable plastic-y chairs in the middle, that kind of looked and felt like airport chairs but with a higher back. I’ve been to a few spas and this was definitely the least inviting/comfortable relaxation room I’ve been to. It felt quite basic and bare-bones. The outdoor relaxation area was too chilly to enjoy in winter. All in all, it was a nice and relaxing experience with a great massage, but until they upgrade the relaxation room I think I would only be back for the massage, not the thermal experience.

I wish : 1) the robe was included in the fee 2) extra towels 3) moisturizer in locker room 4) better water pressure in the shower 5) hiding/painting/covering the grey cement walls, maybe with a green wall ? To make things cleaner and more appealing and relaxing. Staff : incredible

Oysters were great paired with the white wine they had as a special over the weekend. They also had a good selection of fragrant handmade soaps and essential oils they use at the spa for sale at the reception for a good price. I bought the sky spa flip flops for 10$ so I didn't have to walk bear foot in the snow between pools. Massage was great as well Thank you Maxime!
