★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best and most professional salon on the south shore. I have been a client since they opened in 2012 and the services are always perfect and the salon is clean and impeccable. The owner , Andrea has always run a fantastic team and a always has her clients happiness at heart. From day 1 until now , through the pandemic and everything in between , the high quality service has never been compromised . I highly HIGHLY recommend this salon !

The way she spoke with me through the phone was just like that she pushes me not to get appointment and keep making ridiculous excuses that we don’t have time to remove your gel, we don’t have any availability, we don’t… we can’t…
Don’t waist your time with these unprofessional people. Don’t go there they won’t respect you at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever !! Worst customer service ! Even by the manager (owner) of the place ! The technician took the wrong appointment for me, so she made me feel bad, she even made me cry, because she said that she had to do it during her lunch break, and because I had to verify the notification of the appointment. Being pregnant, and I had to find a babysitter, and I had to drive from Montreal. She even charged me for the service, when its really not what i wanted, I had to leave the place for that. Worst worst worst place. I dont recommend this place to no one.
And its really funny now with your answer that you make it as it was my friends fault, and your technician NEVER asked me or confirmed me what she was going to do, yes I asked her about the fake nails as she was applying the colour because I asked for a full manicure before applying the nails. And you were really NOT friendly you made me feel bad because it was your lunch break, you really did not help me. And you still charged 10$ for a not completed job. It as the worst experience I had as you even made me cry.
And then you call my friend to tell that you are ready to offer me a free pedicure if I take out this one star review. As you should had call me. Well no I should be offer a refund. I rather get charged that over priced amount so people should know that you offer the worst service ! You should not lie.
