★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The manicurist used an electric filer to "buff" my nail and now my nails are messed up. The bad part is she didn't even apologize or take ownership to her mistake. bad bad bad.

I was very happy to find this one on a Sunday...
But the service was very bad ... manucure was not a manicure for 35$ it was just a refill
No cuticule oil no cream for the hands no massage my fingers were full of gel powder she didn’t even bother
I’m doing a pedicure now with ouf another girl and she is burning my big toes with that drill...
anyway if the owner is reading this please better train your staff in client service and also in the manicure and pedicure procedure ... your prices are way too much for what we receive...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. They left glue all over my fingers, filed my finger until it started to bleed, leave a lot of dust mixed with glue under your nails, and did the gel very bad. It is overpriced for the bad service. The lady also kept talking on the phone, was always distracted, talked to the person next to me, and didn’t wash her hands or utensils between clients. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer Beware...Website shows a special for $20 for Shellac, but when you call there is no more special. No trouble if its over, but take the special off your website. However after reading the other reviews, I think we are glad we wont be going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does not respect your appointment time. They overbook and take walk-ins so if you arrive on time they will make you wait for as much as 30 minutes. Not sure why we should bother making an appointment.
If you do manage to get served, avoid the man who works there as his manicures are botchy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite nail places to go. They did my nails so perfect they are amazing. Everytime I go somewhere they never want to cut my nails short. But this place omg nails are short and the shape is amazing.
