Excellent service by Danny. Walked the floor with us and knew his products. Arranged for delivery within ONE MONTH where all other stores could only offer a minimum of 12 weeks. Delivery was on time and the sectional is beautiful. Sincere thanks Danny. We appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered an L shaped sofa in December and the sofa was delivered without the L piece. I’ve reached out to them for months now on when the piece is going to arrive and they keep pushing the arrival date further. When the piece finally arrives, they forget to call me about it.

No stars seems more appropriate. I'm om my third sofa with damages again. On the second delivery the company damages my floors. It has been since November 2021 this happened and RD will not give me the name of the delivery company. I just keep getting emails telling me that they sent another request. That's great but does me no good if the company never calls me back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. BUYER BEWARE: ALL OF THEIR PROUCTS ARE FINAL SALE, SO YOU ONLY HAVE THE OPTION TO EXCHANGE OR IN STORE CREDIT!!!! Thank you for the response but again no one has contacted me after I send the email to the address below.

These A.holes sold me a 1200$ fridge said delivery would ve within a week, long story short its been 4 weeks, 4 cancelations and they just told us that they "Accidentally" sold our fridge to someone else. Don't ever do buissness qith these jagoffs.

If buy something online and after only a secound decide to cancel they will give a creadit in store. Your creadit remove after 3 months and you should extende for next 3 months and then you lost it. Very bad disgne and color furniture who paint black wooden furniture(I am cabinetmaker and I made wooden products for musims and luxury houses in NY). I do not like buy anything but there's no choose!!!! I have to buy.

Worst post-sale service ever. I had my couch replaced 3 times and they can never send a good one that has no big defects. The last one was ripped and they offered me $300 to keep it as is. While taking the damaged product back, the delivery company damaged my floor, it is impossible to get them to contact me to repair the floor. Huge lack of respect and horrible quality of the products. They deserve -5 stars, not 1.

Worse after sales service ever. Found an end table at the Brossard store. Sales person had me choose between cappuccino and espresso. This is for my 92 year old mother on limited income and we chose cappuccino to match her other furniture. Had to wait 3 weeks for table to arrive at the st-Hubert store and we received the espresso color which is not what was chosen when given the choice at time of purchase. Then begins the ordeal of after sales….must leave a message for someone to call us back, then told to send pics of the box by going on the website and choosing a category. Closest category is damaged item with an explanation that wrong colour was received. Stuck in an email loop where agent keeps telling me to send pics. Finally I went back to the store and they tell me they cannot help me and I have to handle it via email or call the number for meuble rd. I have to open the box and send pics of the item only to be told that there is only one Color not two and what they sent me is correct. Not at all what I was told at time of purchase. Now due to store error I have to request a refund minus 20% and or exchange for another Color where they will charge me and additional 20%. This store is horrible in every way. Sales person gives wrong info, after sales department does not honour the store error and the customer is penalized. My big mistake was walking into the store and making a purchase. Please do not make the same mistake, as should there be an error with your item or if the store salesperson makes an error, you will eventually (after much effort) be told “it’s not a problem” to fix their mistake but it will cost you the customer extra $$$$
