★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marie did the regular process needed to provide a haircut, yet decided to charge more simply to take advantage of me. My haircut was supposed to total $36 rather than $46. My hair was not even washed by her, but she decided to charge me an extra $10 because she did the “brushing”. A hairdresser is supposed to brush their client’s hair, please do not let someone rip you off for providing regular service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could post photos of what they did to my hair. TERRIBLE!! The hair stylist was NOT professional at all. She took 0 responsibility for the fact that she messed up my hair. She said that I showed her a picture of a girl with red hair....it was ombré blonde....I would not retun...and it cost me a lot of money in the end to get it fixed by an actual professional hair dresser (who ended up doing what I initially asked for).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say that my experience with Marie-Josée has never been short of phenomenol. I have been coming to this hairdresser for more than a year now, loyal to Marie-Josée, and everytime, I leave more than satisfied, with all of my needs met.
She is personable, is constantly willing to listen to her customers preferences and is extremely professional.
I highly recommend Marie-Josée and her services - merci pour tout !

I was so happy when we were allowed to go back but the atmosphere is not the same anymore. Maybe it's just me.
