Because I opened the box, they won't accept return or exchange. Honestly, this return policy is quite stingy. Since their price isn't better than elsewhere, I will be buying elsewhere just for the no hassle returns.

The manager Mitesh heard about the situation and made sure to contact me when the product got back in stock and made sure that I had an amazing customer experience. First time someone in retail goes above and beyond in a such way without even being asked to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought very expensive parts for my son's PC build. Turns out the motherboard was defective and also killed his CPU. Brought it back and after discussing it with them they replaced it all with new parts for the fee of tear down and rebuild. The manager was very accommodating for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I had little bit of bad experience because they gave me a part that was not compatible with my current build and given everything is final sale returns / exchange can be an hassle. Luckily, the manager Nitesh was extremely helpful, going above and beyond in helping me build my gaming computer. I truly hope this man gets recognize given how hard it is to get good customer service these days. anyways legendary service and will be coming back in the future. keep up the good work !
