★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to purchase a cable and was assisted by kind Younés. He asked me about my mobile service and explained everything so well that ended up changing the device and the service provider. He was very professional and clear about my advantages and obligations with the new contract.
Since I had to stay there for a couple of hours, i was able to witness how the amazing staff deals with difficult customers that are not complying with the covid protocol.
I definitely recommend the store and especially Younés.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience, nothing to do with La Source but more to do with Bell, the staff at La Source was very patient and was of however much help he could provide.
Here’s to summarize: i’ve done an order with Bell over the phone for a new cellular and then they eventually asked me to get to a store to confirm my identity since I’m a new customer. I asked them which store i could get to to do it and got pointed to this store.
I get there and the staff explains politely to me that they’ve never done such a thing, that they can’t confirm my identity to Bell since they don’t have access, they then explained their own procedure. I ended up calling Bell and tried to figure out… this, i end up lending my phone to the staff of La Source and fast forward a bit, Bell could not comprehend the situation, they didn’t understand that La Source could not do such a thing and near the end i asked them twice to cancel my order since at this point it was just a waste of everyone’s time but got ignored twice, the most i got was a barely audible “yes”.
Finally Bell simply ended up asking La Source to spell out loud my driving license and credit card to them to confirm my identity, which could of been done by me over the phone very easily… but Bell was pretty adamant about it, to the point where Bell complained that La Source was not very cooperative and that they would leave a complaint, it was ridiculous, the reason being that the staff at La Source, understandably, refused to spell out loud my social insurance number to Bell to confirm my identity.
In short, don’t ever complete an order over the phone with Bell, horrible. Highly recommend to do the whole process in person with La Source, would be much better I’m sure.
Big thank you to the staffs at La Source for their patience and very sorry that you had to go trough this with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YOUNÉS is the most professional, helpful honest and considerate worker i have ever met! 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for his hospitality I came in for a keyboard and he explain clearly the benefits of having a new phone so I changed my phone and plan, from a competitor to bell!
After everything being explained to me I decided change plans and phones .Therefor I really appreciate his professionalism and I highly recommend his services to everyone!
Wow just isn't enough !
We need more people like this in this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I try to shop there... the product is available in their inventory from their website but when you go in store... it's always reserved... remove the product from your inventory so the people don't waste their time going to your store. Bought it on amazon, will ger it tomorrow instead... again
