★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is very good for basics as it is not a large location. If you're looking to try out office chairs and desks do not come here. Other than that they have a place in the back to drop off wires electronics and markers. I was very happy to see that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff who do always go beyond and above and all this! Whenever I go there, either for shopping or printing/scanning or even the post services, I leave with complete satisfaction! Last time there, I was looking for a face shield and I told one of the staff I need it for a flight and he told me he has never heard it being obligatory and that it's not a bad idea to make sure first! He literally saved me about 30 bucks! Really appreciate it :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the printing services in this store for many years. I always had top notch service and wrote to the manager about it. Today I called for a simple bit of information and the gentlemen on the other end was really arrogant and a very poor listener. He started explaining the procedure for printing posters which I know very well and I had to interrupt to tell him that he was not listening to my needs. When I then explained my needs he kept repeating, you see I am listening now, you see I am listening now. I told him he was rude and hung up. Shame as the old crew as so great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service at this location. I specifically had issues with their print department. No help from any of the employees i dealt with and was nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I switched to another location and everything went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online print order and got a confirmation to pick up 4 business days later (usually I get it within a day). Had to wait 15 mins at the printing service to pick up my prepaid photos since there was only 1 representative. After I picked up my order, I needed to use the bathroom so my boyfriend went to find a store rep to unlock their “public bathroom” for me. The guy told us to wait so we wandered nearby the bathroom area. After 5 mins, we saw the guy standing in the check out area chatting with a cashier. We went over to ask for the bathroom key again, he was super rude, complaining that he is a director (?!) and didn’t have time for it (even though there was other client in the store?!). I will never go here again.
Only positive thing is the cashier lady. She was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I payed for an express order to get documents printed, was told it would be ready in 24 hours. It took them over 5 days to be done, they lost my USB key with the document on it and messed up the bill. In total I had to come back 6 times to the shop to get everything sorted. Huge waste of time and the employees are clearly not trained properly. I've never seen a cashier take over 40 minutes to reimburse an amount on a credit card and then charge the right amount.
