★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought a gotrax scooter on amazon in May this years . Last week i got flat in my front tire. they replaced it with honeycomb tire which could last forever( i hope ) very appreciated their service ,very efficient...i also realized they have more than 20 models scooter.... keep up!!! definitely see you guys next summer for my next scooter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a hover board a couple years ago from here and one day I was riding it on concrete and i was going full speed and it randomly stopped on me. I went flying and really hurt my knee. And it stoped on me while it was at full charge. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely terrible experience, brought in my escooter that was perfectly fine for a tire switch (i wanted the airless ones)
1 month and a half later i come to pick it up but guess what, the back plate is now bent. I tell them what the heck is this, IT WAS ALMOST NEW!? long story short, they messed up my escooter rear plate, the rear breaks dont work well no more and they stole my original tires and they wont take responsibility. NEVER EVER AGAIN
