★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced ihome port but what a hassle. Slow delivery. When I finally received the product, the remote did not work. After speaking to a rep. I had to ship the tiny remote from US to canada for a replacement and request reimbursement for shipping.
Buyer beware. Good prices might not equate a pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time or money. They accepted my order two months ago and then I never heard anything else. I follow up with tickets, email and trying to phone them and never could get a response. In the end I had to file a dispute of the charges. I'm not sure if this company is legitimate or note but you should stay away. Worth noting they also claim Better Business Bureau accreditation but if you look it up (under XiTrade, Inc) they are not accredited and are falsely using the logo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is too much for this company. Placed an order almost two months ago. They have accepted my money, but I have yet to receive my product. They have a BBB, Trustwave, and BizRate icon on their webpage, but if you investigate them...there are no records on any of their sites. They also have a "Help us conquer cancer" promotion...nice philanthropy, but again...if you click on that...it goes no where. I have tried several times to call, email, and use their online contact us form and can not get anyone or receive any response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking fraud /scam. ordered a flash memory card exactly 1 month ago, the invoice says delivery in 15 days but under my account the status doesn't changed from PROCESSING even today. No one responds to the mail, call (always diverts to voicemail) or support request under my account. its minus -100 star review. very worst and unethical business
