Excellent service! I went to look at a CX5, was greeted by a friendly receptionist who got me a sales rep right away. Told him the 2 cars i was interested in seeing, brought the cars to me to see them side by side, very courteous. had good explanations by the sales rep of the car. Very honest, something needed to be changed on the car, they called me a day before hand to give me 2 options, i was very please with the honesty! On the pick up date, I was once again shown more in-depth all the features of the car and how to use them, was shown multiple options on extended warranties & insurance plans. Very friendly staff, good service, and a great car! would definitely go back & recommend to other people

Dishonest and deceitful experience. We purchased a vehicle from this dealer just before the Thanksgiving holiday, the salesman (Gabriel Bourgie) used the usual “salesmen” tactics of “I have to speak to my boss” when we requested winter tires be thrown in the purchase. When he came back, he said that he couldn’t reach his boss but that he would take on the responsibility of making the decision to give them to us himself as long as we could give him a positive review on Google. First, we were supposed to pick up the car on the 7th, then told on the 7th, that the car wouldn’t be ready until the 12th because of the long weekend which was fine. But when Tuesday rolled around, we were then told it wouldn’t be ready until the 13th. Finally, on the evening of the 12th, we received a call saying that the car wasn’t sellable, the mechanic had said the transmission jumped. Do they not inspect the vehicules BEFORE putting them up for sale?? So, then we went to get our $300 deposit back. We went on the 13th but their Interact machine was not working so they said they would send us a cheque, we decided (and spoke to the salesman Gabriel Bourgie) that we would go back Saturday to get the refund which he said was perfect. When we arrived, the salesman, Gabriel Bourgie said that the Finance dept. doesn’t work on Saturdays so that we couldn’t get our refund and that the cheque was prepared but not signed! I asked him why he didn't tell me that when I last spoke to him and why was I able to put the deposit down by Interac on a Saturday but not able to get it refunded? He's been there long enough to know what departments are working or not! So we left once again very unimpressed and advised him (Gabriel Bourgie) that we would be giving him a negative review on Google and then, lo and behold, not even 5 minutes after we left the Finance person (Sandy) called and said it was all a misunderstanding and that she was there and we could come back and get our refund! Once we arrived back to get our refund, she (Sandy) “hoped” we wouldn’t do a negative review on them because it would reflect badly on her as well. Incredible. I would highly NOT recommend this dealer, especially for second hand vehicles! They care more about Google reviews than treating customers with honesty and respect!

We had the regular maintenance service done at the dealership.. this is our second or third service.. the service is very good and Yanick is very supportive. I understand the crisis in various sectors after the pandemic, but so far, everytime we need a service at the dealership, we always leave satisfied.. thank you ??

My first couple of experiences were not that shiny there. But the service manager (Martin) of Mazda Brossard called me and explained the situation, and promised I will have a better experience going forward. It means they really care about their clients' if they hear feedback. Hope my next appointment goes better. I will update this review.

It is always a pleasure to go to Barnabé Mazda Brossard for the 6 months maintenance of the vehicle. First class service and cheers to Martin, Anibal, the guys at the replacement pieces, amongst others.
