★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO disappointed. I wish I had a better review to share but I don’t. I’ve read many good reviews and seen yummy photos of the food on social media, but I’ve been twice now and was disappointed both times. I arrived as the restaurant was opening, the restaurant was dirty, the floor sticky, my table was dirty and so was the bathroom. The restaurant was understaffed. I was the only person in the restaurant and I had to ask for utensils, napkins and a drink. No one came to ask me how my food was and when I asked for a to-go container, one was put on my table for me to pack. The restaurant itself, was far from the photos posted on Instagram, it took me by surprise and I had to pull up their page just to make sure I was at the right place. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low key the Pho Dac Biet tasted great. Very rich broth decent quantity of noodles and meat. Didnt give any hot sauce or hoisin sauce though but did come with a fortune cookie ? and the bag of chop suey and basil looked a bit old but those are minor details. Pricing was competitive with south shore joints

Fine dining environment with a mixed price tag.
Bring your own wine.
We had a salad and pho soup, cost almost the same as going to a regular pho restaurant in Montreal.
The environment is very pleasant and staff are very attentive.
Will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first ordered from here a few years back and had a terrible experience with both the service and food. But I wanted to give this place another try recently because it continues to get decent reviews so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I caught them on an off day.
Unfortunately, the pho broth is the same as I remembered, still very plain, it lacks a lot of those distinctive spice notes that pho requires, and everything else was very mediocre. I will not be giving this restaurant a 3rd chance.

Without saying it's the best we've had, they are clearly better than my own cooking and makes for a decent stop once in a while.
