★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new car just 4 months ago, and already I am facing a lot of issues with getting the coverage I paid for , I pay my premiums on time which includes accident damage which I took from the dealership, and now when I had 2 hit an run already, they just make excuses and ignore my requests, I work hard to earn this money, I want the service I deserve, I would not recommend anyone to buy from here as they just ignore your requests !! I just want my car fixed and I have been paying for it with my premiums but they just take the money and don't give me service in return.

We booked in my car for a tire change and service earlier this month, only for them to tell my husband after more than an hour that they couldn’t find our tires (which have been stored there for the winter). There was no follow-up from the branch until we called back many times and even escalated the issue to Hyundai Canada. Eventually someone called us back to let us know that they found the tires, but with hardly an apology or explanation for what happened. Now we have the inconvenience of having to bring the car in again for a tire change, almost a full month from our original appointment as when I tried to reschedule there was no accommodation for the fact that this additional appointment is due to their incompetence. Very disappointed with the treatment we have received.

A month ago the engine was totally seized and however it wasn’t under any guarantee, the stuff in this dealership did their best to get the approval from Hyundai Corp. to change the engine free of charge.
Thanks to Mr Shakeel who was assigned to my file, he was so friendly and professional that he kept me updated step by step.
I would totally recommend it to anyone who is looking for honest, decent and professional customer service.

Salim explained everything really clear and for 2 weeks, he answered all my questions regarding the electric cars and finally I made my decision to go on the electric car driver gang.
Truthfully, I got the best deal ever possible from Brossard Hyundai and I totally recommend this dealership.
