★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never shop Marshall’s again. I specifically shop there because I have bladder problems and use the washroom as soon as I get there. Now you cannot use the washrooms and I had to almost pee myself looking for a washroom to use!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE Marshall's. The location in Terra Losa has so many options, friendly staff, and is a good size. Whenever I need to use their restrooms, they're always in pristine condition. I like to go to this location regularly for their hair products, sweets, candles and their awesome markdowns. Won't be surprised if I'm there again next week. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location carries more family items. They have more kids items that are more budget friendly. This location does not carry as many designer brands. The store is big and spacious. The checkout is tucked in the middle of store. The shoe section is large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Marshall’s & have easily spent a couple hours there at a time as a 60+ person that means at least one bathroom visit so I have appreciated their bathrooms. Yesterday I learned they’re CLOSED. I understand no public access, I spoke directly to a manager and there was NO offer for exceptions. You’d think they could learn from other stores and either open a door or provide a key. Sadly I will not be shopping there again…..unless they wisen up ⬆️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love coming to this location at least once a week but they have removed the washrooms. It sounds like a dumb reason but when it is a stand alone store and you go to to Marshall’s to really browse and shop it is really annoying. Hope management realizes this makes them lose a lot of business. I see a few reviews mentioning the same thing. It is an important feature for a lot of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this area!! Aside from being followed around by security like I'm about to steal everything I can, the staff was wonderful. If I wasn't being racially profiled, I would honestly say right on to the security there as well for a great job! However with the amount of times I've been to this location and have witnessed this racial profiling on others and non stop on myself I'm certain about it and it is absolutely not okay, please properly train your security staff on racism and diversity. The rest of the Marshall's staff is absolutely wonderful and ways so kind, on point and keep the lines from piling up with customers. Great clothing selections!!! Always an amazingly clean store that's well organized ?
