★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!! My son went with my husband for a haircut and he had tonnes of hair to work with from a full summer of growth. My son came back with super short hair and a huge chunk taken out of his bangs area. I took a picture immediately and went back a few days later. ( I wish i could post my photo with a time stamp and my reciept with a time stamp to prove how real this is) My son pointed out the lady that did his hair and she quickly said she never did his hair. She tapped on her computer then told my son to get into the styling chair. I knew she was the one who did his hair (my son isn't a liar) and I didn't want her to touch his hair again so I asked her to tell me the name of the hairdresser that previously did his hair so I could avoid her in the fututre. Since she was caught, she defensively said she would never have cut his hair like that and that my son must have cut it on his own at home!!?? He's 7 not 2!! And the photo was taken as soon as he got home!! I told her to leave his hair alone we will come back for the manger to fix it. Fuming that she called my son a liar I went to another salon instead that so nicely charged me next to nothing to try and fix it. Do not go there they are terrible. And unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite unsatisfactory. The hairdresser was very rude, acting like she was going to have to cut my hair for free. When I tried to explain the way I wanted my hair to be cut, she replied with "I don't understand you, choose something from the book." Even when I did that, she did not cut it any where near that style. (I asked for a bob, with bangs) she shortened my hair, and chopped off a few hairs in front to stand in for bangs. She was in an even bigger hurry than I was! Definitely not going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultra cuts they are not a very professional place the her dress is there don't know what they're doing they made a real terrible mess of my daughter's hair kind of Meijer and then when I phoned to talk to him about scratching my daughter's hair cuz she is so upset the menu answer the phone was so rude she hung up on me and I'll just try to get some answers or what we can do to correct it later on I would recommend recommend that place to anybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looked great until I got home and showered that night and looked closer. I had it undercut and there is nothing even or symmetrical about either side of my head. Also quite a bit of hair was missed were it was supposed to be shaved and there are spots that are shaved lower than others. The lady cutting mine was a little "all over the place", laughing uncontrollably and mumbling her words. And now I'm wishing I had read the reviews prior to going....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been frequenting this establishment for nearly two years now. Personally, I ask for Karen to cut my hair. I've had it cut once before by another stylist as well and it was great, as expected.
Bottom line; it's affordable, their schedule is flexible and I've always been very pleased with the outcome!
I recommend this business to anyone that wants a quickly scheduled appointment, an attentive stylist that listens, a reasonable invoice and a quick exit.
