I had high expectations but unfortunately this day the bun and the dog were not fresh or tasty. The staff were very nice people though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a huge dissapointment. We ordered take out and got the 2 Jumbo dogs with fries and fountain pops. Our dogs were okay but the buns were clearly stale and my husbands fountain pop was only half full, which we didn't notice because the pops and everything were all tied up closed together in a couple bags. The real kicker was we got a Jr dog for our son and the hot dog was SO shriveled and deflated and pale, and the bun was so old it was like trying to chew Styrofoam so we ended up giving him half of one of ours cause theres no way he would have been able to chew that. Mcdonalds would have been way better and for the price of everything we would have got way more. As someone said above, Ikeas $1 hot dogs are better than this.

Staff wearing gloves but not changing them after handling cash.
Will not go back. For the price I expect better, fresher food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here several times not, Fat Franks, good place for hotdogs and specialty dogs. They do not have a Chicago Dog, but other specialties including breakfast. Service is good, there was only a single person when I stopped for lunch so it was pretty slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say? You want a taste of summer with a side of fresh cut fries go here! The owner is super friendly and the menu selection is great! You can also purchase packs of frozen hotdogs and sausages to take home which I didn't know you could do. Yummy! Sorry no pictures I ate everything to quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh , I should add. The owner accused me of complaining just so I could get my money back and eat for free. Never have I ever been accused of this. Look at my reviews. Some good, some bad. Go contact any restaurant that got a bad review. Never,ever have I contacted any of them for a refund or a discount

So the owner called me. Did nothing to resolve the problem. No offer of a discount to try again. He just told me it was my issue. He wanted to argue with me. Sorry. Now you have the worst burger in Edmonton and probably the worst customer service to go along with it
Very disappointed. I ordered a Route 66 burger. The bun is way too thick and heavy. Yes it has meat on it, but it was tasteless. I also ordered a Chicken Burger. Same thing, too much bun and tasteless. I ended up pulling the chicken out of the burger and just ate it alone. Nice crunch. No flavor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister introduced me to this place not too long ago and I have to say I'm glad she did. The food is great, the restaurant is pretty clean, the staff friendly, and the prices decent. It's a great place to get a quick bite and I always look forward to going back.
