Extremely incompetent administrative staff; they made mistakes twice with my X-ray + Ultrasound requisition and I had to go back twice. Even the second time around, the ultrasound technician clearly didn't know what he was doing, boldly trying to lecture me about about where MY pain should be, whatever he believed, instead of doing the ultrasound properly to capture the areas of concern. A complete waste of time and money! Plus exposure to radiation for nothing; the results will be bogus, because what they do is bogus. I'm sure the government pays them handsomely for their useless services. Must be denounced for fraud.

I had a great experience here for my first ultrasound!! The tech was amazing and I was more then thrilled with my experience! Felt the need to leave this review as so many other reviews made me nervous and i had nothing to worry about!! I cant wait for my next appointment with the ultrasound tech!!! ALSO my second scan was a different tech and she was also amazing, she even wrote the gender of the baby down on a piece of paper and did some crazy fold for me to take it home to have a special moment with my husband !!! Would recommend this place

I'm not sure why anyone would give Markham Imaging Consultants a bad review.... my experiences here have always been wonderful! Anytime I have come to this location they are friendly and helpful. The wait time for my appointment was extremely short and they got me into my appointment fast. Both times, the Technician was able to tell me the gender of our baby during the appointment. She also gave me the option of purchasing a USB for $10 with images on it, or taking pictures with my cellphone (for free). My Technician was so kind and friendly. She was extremely patient and gentle as well. Overall, I have always had a wonderful experience coming to this Imaging location. Staff and Technicians are great! Not to mention, both times I was told DURING my appointment the gender of our baby. I would highly recommend this Imaging location!

They do not care if you want to know the gender of your baby, even when you ask them to confirm in the third trimester! I cannot push the technician who just doesn’t want to even try, but the they will be very kind and and say so much sorry for the long waiting time etc.. so typical dummy service as many around unfortunately.

Very terrible experience! I need to get my ultrasound every 4-6 months in the past few years after two surgeries, and the front desk staffs were very irresponsible for many of my visits. I always make my appointment early in advance, because I need to take a day off from work and drive an hour to the clinic, but they are never being accountable for any of their mistakes! I had to wait for at least half hour for all my visits, sometimes I saw people that came after me get to go in front of me too. They even lost my requisition form once and I had to get my Doctor to give me another form and to rebook my appointment for another day. Yesterday, the staff told me the technician couldn’t do the ultrasound for me as I was late for 10 mins from my scheduled time. So it seems like when I was early and on time, it was okay for them to make me wait for more than half hour, but they were telling me to go back home cuz I was late for 10 mins. I saw walk in patients after me that can get their x-ray done, but the lady said NO I cannot go in even with my appointment. I know it was my fault for not able to make it on time and already apologised when I arrive, but I needed to start raising my voice until the staff was finally willing to do her job and lookEd for my file. Guess what, the staff is smart enough that she located another reason for not letting me in because my doctor had a missing check mark in one of the boxes on the requisition form. The lady again said I cannot do the ultrasound unless my doctor sends another β€˜completedβ€˜ requisition form. I questioned why couldn’t they spotted that out when my doctor sent over the form at the first place, the lady simply said mistake happens and it is not their fault for not doing the form right. While I was reaching out to my doctor, the front desk staff walked up to me again after half hour (2pm) and said if I cannot get the new requisition form within the next 30 mins, then no ultrasound can be done. I was so mad cuz I feel like they are just trying to find reasons for not letting me do my ultrasound (I don’t know if it is because they are not happy for me being late), but it doesn’t make any sense on how they are creating all these road blocks for getting me out! End up I left cuz I couldn’t get the form to them again by 2:30pm (office hour should be until 4pm), the staff didn’t even ask if I want to book another appointment before leaving!

This place use to be great at running on time. I've had many ultrasounds here but now they are always running at least 30 to 40 minutes behind for pre booked ultrasound appointments. Very frustrating when you have to sit there for almost an hour with a full bladder. If patients need to have a full bladder for the scan they should make every effort to run on time.

Very friendly and caring staff from the phone call, front desk to the technician. Spacious, clean and tidy waiting area. Excellent experience! Highly recommended!

I booked a Saturday appointment on January 2022, I went for an ultrasound. The staff at reception was very pleasant and friendly. My appointment with the ultrasound technician (Thian) went very well. She was very patient, professional and made me feel very comfortable. She is well trained in her field. My overall experience of the place was good. Thank You all.
