★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to do X ray test last week.. Very impressed with the clinic. Warm and friendly front desk. New equipment, tidy and neat environment. Technician is very experienced. This is a whole services medical building with walk in clinic, specialist office , x-ray and ultrasound centre. Suitable for all ages from different background. I strongly recommend you experience the service
by yourself. You will feel what I said. I recommend to all my family members and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience with this clinic. The staff was extremely friendly and professional.
One thing I didn't appreciate is that while I appreciate the diversity some signs weren't in English at all. They had many signs that had many languages which I appreciated but some weren't translated to English at all.
Overall very positive experience

The radiologist /technician name Erin was so thorough and polite, she made me feel very comfortable. She seem very knowledgeable in her job. I gave her a 5 star
I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young asian nurse is passive-aggressive; she spoke very fast and with a very thick accent forcing me to ask her to repeat what she is saying multiple times. She claimed that the technician had no time and wanted to leave, although when I sat for the ultrasound, the technician was in no rush.
At some point, when I replied to her comment about "making an appointment before coming in" with "surely", her colleague thanked me and took over the conversation. Keep in mind that the website for the clinic states that dropins are welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lab is nice and clean though the lobby is a bit small and the chairs are torn. The changing area is clean and they use disposable paper overcoat - which I prefer for hygienic reason. Moreover, the front desk lady and the technicians are both very friendly and patient guiding me every process. I saw from other review about the front desk lady, but I found her very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this efficient and friendly lab.
