★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost always the receptionist is very moody, not friendly and has an attitude. Its quite a shame to be greeted with such an unwelcoming person. Very curt, rude. Lack people skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Markham Diagnostic Centre on July 9 for a bone density scan. By July 19 my doctor had not received the results. I called the centre and was told they had not been sent because the radiologist had not read the results yet! When I asked how much longer it would be, the person was not sure but I should allow another 2 weeks. This is totally unacceptable. I will not be going back nor would I recommend the Centre to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Markham Diagnostic continues to provide efficient service and very clean clinic pandemic or not. Very good customer service, if I leave a voicemail at night it is returned first thing in the morning. Couple times I ran late at work, made it near the close of business, the technician was kind enough to accommodate me. Calling ahead is always a good idea. Also, plenty of free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second visit, and i was surprised how bad things can bet, last time, i was helped by Falak , and other lady , but this time i was shocked the lady in front desk i think her name is Vani or something was so rude and abrasive, she should not be working in this field at all, she is so angry and dejected, , We left the place as soon as we got in , we are never ever coming back Markham and hwy 7 location ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for an x-ray. I was recommended by a friend. I find the location was not easy to findt, i thought it was in the plaza but it was in a building. There's a big parking lot .So parking is easy. the office is clean and tidy.There isn't a long wait. someone also walk in without an appointment if they're not busy. Both the staff and the technician are very nice. The x-ray technician was patience and very professional. As I came on a Friday morning, I requested to get the report to the doctor office on the sooner manner. the office made an effort to send the report of to the dr office for my saturday appointment which i appreciated so much. i recommend this Diagnostic Center
