★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly run place. They just allowed a man walking in with heavy breathing without a mask. Signs were all over the building and the office asking people to wear a mask. Office didn't do anything about it. If you can, ask your doctor to refer you elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the front was taking her time organizing stationary while we were waiting there.
Then started talking on her mobile phone in some exotic language we didn't understand.
Finally we managed to got her attention.
It seems like she doesn't kNow what her priorities are and has an attitude that is way too much for her pay grade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I went there for baby ultra sound. Very bad experience. One the chiness lady did for me. She is so picky and she not friendly. If you go with your husband she doesn't allow inside the room. Then I asked baby pictures. She give me the picture but you can't see any thing. I went before different place when I have first baby. So nice technicians and she gave very good pictures of my baby also I I know which gender. This chiness lady behavior is bad. She dont take even good picture. Whoever mothers expecting which gender or need good baby pictures don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are unprofessional, rude and mendacious. I called in on the 24th of December to pick up my report. The lady I spoke with confirmed that, although it was Christmas Eve, I could come in until 5:00 pm.
Arriving here at 4:20 pm I found the door locked. Upon knocking, it was opened by an exceptionally rude young woman who simple refused to help. She would not allow me to speak with the Manager, who she had on the phone, would not provide a solution and continued to be hostile until I left.
Terrible experience! If there were a rating below zero, they would be prime candidates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review as I'm walking outside. I walked in directly to the receptionist, but she was too busy on the phone talking with her friend in an Indian language (which I understand a bit). After few minuted once she was done with the phone call she assisted me. This is not a professional environment to deal with health matters. Take it your self else where for accurate results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was very accommodating for an emergency ultrasound. Technician was lovely and I left reassured. The one thing, signage is kind of poor had a hard time finding where to go ( probably my fault lol ), and parking was super hectic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 front desk staff is nice. Sharit, (Hope I spelled her name right!) who even called me a day ahead to remind me my next day' appointment and certain pre-procedure instruction.
Technician (female, short, wear glasses) is super patience during an entire procedure of ultrasound exam. She even explained to me right at the end of the exam the reason why took so long (It took me around 1 1/2 hour before I was able to get out of the office, from the time I registered at the front desk. It depend the type of your checkup, of course.) because she want to do her job in details without missing any steps, rather than I might have to come back to do a re-check.
Hugh parking area at the giant plaza. (p.s. Don't park close to the Chinese supermarket. It quite packed there).
