★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosemary, the technician for my bone density scan was so kind and pleasant. She took the time to be gentle and very patient as I had a back injury. It was so refreshing in this day and age of being rushed through these tests where you feel like a number. Feeling grateful that this experience was such a positive one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used this location for my first pregnancy and I am currently using it again. There is one technician a petite Asian woman, she appears young and wears glasses. She is super aggressive for no reason. I am overweight, however, I’ve never encountered this problem with any other technician there besides her. She was the same way with my first pregnancy & I was almost half my current size back then. She pushes down so hard, I bruised for a couple days. Absolutely unacceptable! I will note the receptionist were friendly, they are a little fast but the location gets a fair amount of traffic. So, don’t expect small talk. If you are looking for friendly conversation, the screener is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very positive experience with my ultrasound technician Maura. During my ultrasound I began to feel faint, she assisted me right away by turning on a fan and bringing me water. She was very polite and patient. From the moment I entered the building all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is good. I love this centre. But the lady sitting in the corner of the reception desk was really rude and don’t know how to behave. No mannerism and don’t know how to provide good customer service. Really disappointed to see the way the customers were treated by that lady. Other staff members are really doing great job. Especially the Dr. Who did the Sono was really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a mammogram and ultrasound here and I have to say it was the best experience as a first timer. I heard a lot of bad experience about mammogram in the past and has been hesitated to do the examination. The mammography technologist was very caring during the whole process making it less nervous for me. They also have a new machine making the process less painful so the whole process was pleasant and fast. I will definitely come back here for my next examination. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest reading recent reviews on how rude the employees were, I was skeptical to come here. But truthfully it was one of my best 1st time experience i had having to get an ultrasound conducted. Firstly the lady at the door conducting the covid screening was very energetic and friendly. The receptionist that I dealt with was very polite and let me know to come back to rebook. Sofia who conducted my ultrasound was extremely sweet she was very patient and wanted me to get good pictures of my baby. The baby wouldn't turn so she waited a few times till they eventually did. She made me feel very comfortable and was gentle and made sure to ask me if I was okay a couple times. I also did my blood work on the other side. The woman was also very friendly. So all in all it was a good experience, sometimes it's just best to experience things yourself might be a whole different outcome than you read. So thank you guys for your hard work
P.s the place was very clean including the bathrooms

I was greeted by someone at the door who checked me in and she was nice and cheerful. Recommend this place to everyone! All the staff I encountered, no problems at all (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My OB referred me to this location for ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy, as I require them monthly. I’ve found it very hit or miss with the staff here, both the receptionists and the technicians. Some days you have people happy to help, and others that quickly brush you off to hurry on to the next person. The receptionists in person are quite cold, but over the phone are very kind and helpful. The technicians I’ve worked with ranged from being very warm and friendly, actually conversing with you (only had 1 kind technician thus far), to others that just want to get you in and out of there. Don’t seem to have any interest in you whatsoever, seem disgusted if you weigh more than 180lbs and don’t want to touch you. They show you a quick 2 second glance of the monitor to see the baby at the end, hand you a paper towel to clean yourself up and tell you to leave. Will be asking my OB to refer me to another place, hopefully somewhere that doesn’t make you feel like a burden for going into their clinic.
