I've had two bad experiences going here, got wrong medication for some similar infection, went to my family doctor and she told me what the test actually showed. Had the pharmacy hold my prescription because it wasn't safe for me to take while pregnant, pharmacist called doctor and the doc said he would switch medications and never followed up, I had to go back to the doctors the next day to figure out the prescription problem and doctor blamed it on the pharmacy. Had COVID, was pregnant at the time and was told everything was normal and my symptoms were because of pregnancy and never said I should get a COVID test (I never asked if I should get tested)

Worst experience of my life; specially for my 4 year old. My husband took our 4 year old in to see the doctor. She was refused at the door even with a negative Covid test she just recently got. My husband got told they would have to call him for an on the phone appointment he agreed. They took 4 hours just to call him. Once they got the prescription written out and β€œfaxed” over to our regular pharmacy we go to. We called the pharmacy to see if they received it but they could only give her, the inhalers not the liquid medication because the doctor prescribed the wrong dose for her age. Fast forward to trying to get a hold of this doctors office after calling for 1 hour and being hung up on 5 times by their rude and disrespectful front desk ladies. They said their fax machine was broken. Which right there they should have called it in to the pharmacy. I waited again and they still didn’t send anything over as I am talking and waiting at the pharmacy. I called once again and they told me they emailed it which never was done Then they decided to email it to me. Which legally they are not allowed to email any prescriptions to patients to give to the pharmacy. This is still an on going process to try and get the medication filled and given to our daughter. I’m livid and frustrated with this. My daughter is missing school because your staff cannot get a hold of things and properly help their patients.

I am not sure how people give this clinic more than 1 star. The staff seemed okay. the doctor we saw yesterday was incredibly rude. Dr. Taghaddos didn't care about the patient. he doesn't listen to his patient (wanted to to describe how my daughter' symptom was. but he literately cut me saying " I can't hear you" and no follow-up to ask about it. he was such in rush and no time to consult or talk whatsoever. It's amazing that people have no sympathy towards sick people become a doctor. Update: My daughter symptoms gotten worse and we visited other clinic. The clinic we visited was just amazing. the doctor was so genuine and caring and she even called the next day to check our daughter's symptoms and she asked if we were following her recommendation/instruction etc. This clinic better knows what customer service is and how to treat the sick patients with a care. shame that some of doctors at this clinic couldn't even bother asking questions, caring their patients. Go visit other clinics and ask how to treat the patients properly.

Horrible experiences here. I had a negative covid test for my two year old son who was badly feverish. Just wanted him to check from the screen if he needed antibiotics but refused to. My son had to suffer for two weeks because he couldn't even check from behind the protective screen. My four year old hurt himself while playing and split his chin. Supposedly urgent care can take care of things like this to avoid going to the ER. But again this clinic proved useless and wanted to expose my child and I to unnecessary germs and viruses floating around in the ER. When they are able to perform such functions. My son's health card was expired due to a delay from service Ontario's side, and I have still been receiving Healthcare with it. However, they charged me $60 as well as charged me $1.50 for using my credit card. Even the dollar store doesn't charge you for using your credit card for a $5 purchase. They took advantage of my desperation and now I have to wait till service Ontario sends me my health card so I can get reimbursed. This was completely frustrating and disheartening. I will be reporting this to the Ontario college of Physicians unless my issue gets resolved. This is highly despicable and unacceptable behavior since the doctor is getting his money and not giving the care that a young innocent child needed. I was forced to keep him at home and now due to the snow storm I can't even take him to another clinic. I think the last thing they do is actually CARE. I would give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time coming here. They will take your money but no service.

Super efficient and nurses are friendly! If you come here with the expectation that they won’t be holding your hand through the process, you’ll be fine. Even so, I feel like they provide medial service with a sufficient amount of care. I’m also a fan of free parking at any medical centre associated with the hospital. Will be returning for any other urgent matters.

Came here cause my 15 month daughter was very sick and was told it would be my turn shortly. You can hear my daughter whimpering in discomfort and irritability. Everyone that came after me got called in and 45 minutes later we got turned away and was told the doctor would do a phone consultation with me (the doctor didn’t even bother calling but took my daughter health card information). How dishonest!! They could have told us right away that we couldn’t be seen because they were β€œfollowing Covid protocols” yet they made us wait 45 minutes in front of everyone.. If Covid was such a concern does that even matter anymore that my sick 15 month old was already there for such a long period of time? Seriously a waste of time with such a dishonest medical centre. How can you consider your establishment an URGENT CARE CENTRE?!

These doctors don't really care about your well being, they're just trying to get paid. While you're waiting, you can hear them talking forever to each other about random stuff just wasting everyone's time. When they come to see you they barely do a proper checkup and again, do the bare minimum to speed things up so they can go back to talking or see the next patient. I had a severely sprained ankle for which I was simply told to take Advil, no x-ray no ultrasound not even a check to see if my foot was alright. From now on I only go to my family doctor and I highly recommend others to as well. Walk-in clinics have essentially become scam centers for incompetent doctors to rip off innocent patients.

First time here was good, quick in and out.. Today there was a Asian nurse working who is extremely rude. She asked a few redundant questions that would've been on the doctors notes I thought would have been crossed reference. We are still waiting 30 mins later for the doctor to come check us while everyone else behind us in queue line already left. Just because she's having a bad day she needs to waste our time and not send the doctor? ??‍♂️ As soon as I went out to the front desk asking what's wrong and if there is even a queue the doctor came to see us as it he did not even know we was there. The only thing that saved this review with a extra star ? is Doctor Sherifein.. He is very courteous, quick and knowledgeable..
