★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Toronto this year to play hockey and suffered a shoulder injury while playing. From my first visit at CBI Health Centre the staff at the front counter were very welcoming and accommodating. The health centre is always clean and the gym has everything you need to get back to 100%. Sabrina made my recovery a fast process and was always kind and supportive. I highly recommend CBI Health Centre!

CBI (Physiotherapy) is the best institution for Health issues, that i have been to, so far. I had Sabrina - the physiotherapist and Katie - the masseuse, both of them were great. Everybody working here provide great customer service in a professional manner. Always smiling and ready to help.They understand client's issue n try to resolve them at their best.
Will be going there in future, if need be.
Thanku CBI, u guys are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a coop student here from September to January with one of their Physiotherapists, Oscar Chan, as my supervisor. Spending 5 months here at CBI with the staff, I can easily say that the environment here is absolutely amazing. The staff here at CBI works harder than anyone would ever imagine to ensure that they’re giving their patients the best experience possible; both old patients and new ones too. My mother was also a patient here a couple years back and she came home everyday talking about how great her experience was. The professionals in this facility spent the past 5 months teaching, guiding, and supporting me through my educational journey and i place my trust in every single one of them and so should you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff in CBI Markham are very friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here for the last month and always had a great experience. Charlotte, Oscar, and Ryan provide excellent knowledge and advice to help me recover from my injury. They understand my injury and provide appropriate treatment. The receptionists are nice and welcoming as well. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs physiotherapy for their injury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING! Truly indicative of the great environment they work in. Oscar, Chuan, Lauren and Kevin has been treating my arm. Just follow their treatment and you will notice a difference. My health is so much better!!! Thanks to the CBI team at Copper Creek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience and very friendly staff. Kevin D'Sylva and Kobena specifically were one of the best physiotherapists who took care of me. They always worked in my best interest and gave me lots of pointers on what to do at work and at home to make sure I got better fast. I would definitely recommend this location.
