★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not have a RMT on site and suggested to come back and pick up a receipt. They looked surprised when I asked for RMT. Not sure about the other reviews unless they changed management or something.
I left without being seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. All the good ones leave. This place is all left over therapists who dont care about their job they just want tips even with poor service. Yesterday will be the last time i ever go there!!! Been a loyal customer for 5 years now, its getting worse and worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So stupid.. I walk-in they had deal $50 for 1 hr massage.. so I asked for if someone available for either 30 min or 20 min. She said 30 min $40.. huhhh I m like another 30 min is for $10 extra if it’s not $25 May be $30.. but I don’t understand the concpet.. last time I called to book for 2 people she said sh only take 1 person as another employee not there.. so I asked which days available for 2 people at same time then she said no 2 people.. only one at the time.. kind a weird people..it’s always empty So I highly as I wait for laundry near by go for massage but I guess they don’t want client and very rude..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Called in to book for an hour massage, told them I need to claim for insurance. Arrived on time, they told me they can only do 30 mins, and the insurance receipt is not available till tomorrow. I needed a message for my back really bad, so I said ok. After the therapist massaged for 1 mins, she asked me if I'm a new client of this clinic, because their boss might not be able to issue the insurance receipt for new client. I got off the massage table and left right away. This is ridiculous, I'm not doing fraud or anything. The whole thing does not make any sense.
