Long wait for simple things such as blood tests. Fist and last time here. Not worth it.

Dr. Gordon Ko is one of the best doctor focus in Integral Medicine in Canada, I was dying when he found me so many answers for my fibromyalgia, very professional, sweet, and patience, listen to you and keep going to give you his best knowledge about your illness, very grateful of him, is true, i waited almost 1 year to see him, but not easy to cover all patient from Canada only him.

People complaining about a long wait are just ridiculous. It is not easy to find good doctors and I am thankful I have been their patient for 25 years

Horrible receptionist! Very not professional. My family dr referred this specialist for my hand plain. When i call and ask for appointment they wouldn’t let me cause they didn’t receive my referral doc. ( of cause you don’t cause your Fax machine been down for more then 2 weeks. ) you know that and you cant email the referral Doc. to them either cause no emails asset. Only way i can make a appointment is deliver a referral doc. hard copy to them . I don't have printer at home .. receptionist just told me to wait till you have asset to print it then and she said we have a lot people in line hang me up. So I might as well wait till my hand heal up myself right?

HORRIBLE!!! I Cannot emphasize enough my disgust in this place. I got a concussion & was referred to this clinic as it was my 3rd concussion in 1.5 years. The doctors office sent them over the necessary fax & showed me the successfully sent fax confirmation form. I called the office 2 weeks later after not hearing from them & find out that they "did not get my fax." I then called the doctors office again while keeping this clinic on the phone and had them fax it over and had the clinic confirm they received it. It's been 4 months now & I haven't gotten a call. 4 DAMN MONTHS TO GET A COURTESY CALL OR A APPOINTMENT. I understand if maybe they're months behind on scheduling but you'd think that in 4 months for a serious injury you could at least get an appointment date. They mishandled my file from day 1 & I felt like I was dealing with very unprofessional people. I will never recommend this clinic to any of my family or friends & my experience was just so horrific that I had to write a review. Please for the safety of your own health go elsewhere as you need treatment and deserve to get somewhat decent customer service. This place has no interest in their clients health as if they did they would handle a clients file appropriately. Such a careless clinic. Hope you avoid this place as I hope anyone that ever needs medical help can get sufficient treatment & not the horrible experience I had. Avoid this place at all costs, I'm suffering now because I never got treated and now my problem has become worse. This place is shameful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff has always been friendly and informative in my experience, and Dr. Arsenault has been a great person to work with in treating ongoing health issues that no general practitioners have been able to diagnose.
