M	Mona K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for a very long time and all of the doctors are amazing. However the front desk staff are the absolute worst. I called to make an appointment and was put on a 10 minute hold multiple times. When I finally got to speak to one of them, she was very rude and not helpful at all in giving me an appointment. I spent about 6 hours trying to call and get an emergency appointment with the family doctor, only to be called back two days later. Very disappointed!
P	Parag Mistry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Bari and support staff helped me when I was in real need of help during my disability leave. They allowed me many time without appointment to see Doctor. When there is real need, they always help. Best experience since I became client 18 years ago.
Y	Yasser Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Bari, Dr Hussain and Dr Rahman are all great. Staff is good too, sometimes they are rude and in a hurry but you have to know how to deal with them. When they say you'll get an appointment 6 months later you have to tell them it's urgent and they'll give you an earlier appointment.

Instead of empathy and apologizing, I got rudeness and total lack of care. I was even asked "Do you want me to help you or not?" Clients/patients deserve better service than this!

She acts as if it's an inconvenience for her to take calls (WHICH IS THE ONLY RESPONSIBILITY SHE HAS UNDER HER JOB DESCRIPTION). The doctors need to fire her, because she is an extremely rude person. The patients already have it bad enough (due to whatever illness they have in the first place). I'm more inclined to ignore any ailments/symptoms because dealing with my sickness is a lot easier than trying to explain to this receptionist why I need to see the doctor. Come to this clinic if you want to blow your brains out (Avoid this clinic if you value your sanity and self respect)!
C	Charu Munjal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible service providers and they call themselves care-givers. Doctors are probably OK but so hard to reach to and then too rushed. Front office staff are rude, careless and not bothered about their patients. Call wait times are insane and no one bothers calling you back. Guess they have too many patients than they can handle. My fiancée was waiting more than 3 months to get his email added to his file coz he needed to be sent referral for some crucial tests and blood-work. This is in COVID times when everything is virtual and the receptionist could not add his email contact on his file and kept saying she needs to contact her manager. Has never happened till date and he ended up in ER last night.

S	Sarah John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Basel Bari is the G.O.A.T (Greatest of all time). You will not find a better doctor in all of Ontario. The staff is rude but I don’t care about them because the main priority is the doctor. This doctor goes beyond to help his patients and is a very kind and approachable human being.
