★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went looking to speak with someone regarding an integrative approach for treatment following my heart attack. I was given the impression I was to be given various tests for which i was not to eat prior. The session was to last an hour. The appointment lasted 35 minutes and most of it taken by the Doctor reading my file from the computer (which I had filled out prior) seemingly unprepared. Although I had signed a release form from my GP they didn't have any of my other files. There was very little interaction or meaningful dialogue that took place and no tests given. $240

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. G for my son, myself and now I have asked my wife. I am not happy with Mainstream's approach to medicine and always wanted to talk to a Doctor whose thinking is aligned with mine. Having seen Dr. G, getting my tests done has given me direction how to take care of body via food. Functional approach is a slow journey but I believe in it and Dr. G helped going in that direction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best I have ever seen. Dr.G is so educated and experienced in his field. I have only seen him twice and I feel as though he has lifted a weight off my shoulders with the care he is giving my son. First app was a consultation, second was to review results and take next steps. Every single parent should be in his office. To go to bed at night knowing my son's needs are now being met through the best approach and best Dr. is refreshing. Also, all the staff at the clinic are lovely. Best experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gannage thinks about our health much differently than what OHIP provides. He spends time to know his patients and always recommends a path forward with minimal risk. I've been off cholesterol meds for over 20 years after he recommended a different course of action with no known side affects - the outcome amazing.. Great clinic with options a nice change from the 5 minute interview with most family MD's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an experience with their initial intake process. I was under the impression this is an actual doctor as he is listed as an MD on their site, the further into the conversation I got it was clear that he is actually not acting as one if you become a patient but more of an alternative practicioner. Was told that consultation could cost over $300 and is not covered by OHIP, the doctor does testing which runs upward of $800 per test and also isn't covered by OHIP and doctor refuses to fill out any forms for insurance companies employers or provide regular clinical notes to the family doctor. The intake form collects a lot of private data that I am now concerned after providing. When I told the receptionist that I won't be proceeding with my appointment with the doctor for all the above reasons she was choking up laughing at me as she hung up the phone. Overall I can't possibly recommend dealing with this clinic especially if you are chronically ill and are can easily be put in distress. Sounds like a money grab following another money grab and questionable practices, this is my opinion after asking many questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the Dr to be very confident and even a bit arrogant. That being said he was great with my daughter.
I actually appreciated his demeanor as it made me feel better about my choices.
No one ever pushed expensive tests on me but they gave me options of different tests and some were free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're going to charge those prices, you better have something amazing up your sleeve and Dr. Gannage didn't. He's charging more per hour than most actual doctors would make, including super specialized ones. The receptionist was also unpleasant to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. John gannage saved my life in 2020 when I was having extreme fatigued. I went from hospital to various doctors In city and Noone was able to tell me what was wrong. When I met John he took his time and listened. He ordered some test and they were expensive but worth it for saving my life. Together we found out I had major anxiety, fatigued and low on vitamins because of sibo. He prescribed me abx and I got my life back! My regular Ohip doctor didn't care and didn't have knowledge. I am grateful for finding John gannage. He is very detailed with his patients.
