β β β β β There were 3 men who conducted the appointment who I guess were students, they were very friendly and pleasant but the vibe was unprofessional and a bit disorganized.. and I felt like a test bunny... it seemed like the students were unsure as to what they were doing and learning as they go and that wasnβt very relaxing. The acupuncture was uncomfortable and did not relieve my pain.

β β β β β I went here to get my first time experience of Acupunctre and it was great. The staff is really professional and listened to all my concerns before offering a specific service. I was sat down with a professional student who discussed my acu points and then they applied all the needles with utmost care. There was another lady who specialized in masage and she gave me a really good back massage while I was waiting for the needles to do their work. This was by far the best massage I have received. I highly reccomend this place to anyone who wants to try for first and get a great experience. They are very affordable too.

β β β β β A few years ago I visited John & Jenny TCM Clinic to meet a friend of mine, who was getting treatment there. She told me about her sickness and a few unpleasant experiences with other modern western medical and traditional Chinese doctors. I was impressed by how she was happy with Dr. Liu.
Last year, my husband finally finished one year of three kinds of antibiotic treatment for MAC or NTM, he was so weak; and myself was in a condition of sub health. Both of us agreed that we should seek a natural healing to improve our health. Then we visited Dr. Liu at John & Jenny TCM Clinic since Dec. 22, 2018. Each visiting, Dr. Liu is alway very carefully reading to the pulse, carefully ask the condition, and the reaction after taking the medicine.
We both are getting much better now, and I am very happy that we made a right decision. I will recommend Dr. Liu to my friends.

β β β β β Now this joint is worth its weight in gold and more. On a routine trip to Toronto, the cold triggered an old back injury. It's a typical discomfort I get during the winter months when the cold seeps through to the bones. Their assessment was bang on and the acupuncture recommendation was the absolute right treatment for me and the situation to get me back up and running. It's been more than a week since the treatment and weather has been a tad bit warmer yet in the negatives but I have had no flare ups. They did wonders for me.

β β β β β Dr. John is amazing. He is very knowlegable. 2 months ago, I hurt one of the joints in my back and I went to this clinic with acute pain. I was not able to walk without cane. Dr. John reviewed my condition and he did an hour acupuncture theraphy to the area. After therapy, I did not have any pain and walked comfortably. I was so happy not to have any pain anymore. I have been going to the clinic once a week to complete my 12 session acupuncture therapy and the result is amazing. Thanks to him, I can function normal again. This therapy also eased my stiffness due to osteoarthritis.
I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who suffers from any pain.
Dr. John and his team is very attentive, kind, caring and reliable. Nice environment, nice people and very nice receptionist. Good team.

β β β β β We went to see Dr John due to a stiffness in my fatherβs back that he has been experiencing for many years. We tried different type of treatments back in China and also some clinics in Canada, but it didnβt work. My father feels much better after a few treatments. I highly recommend them as a place to anyone who is looking for an acupuncture.
