My expectations were exceeded big time! Nothing is spared here to provide the highest quality of professional service and consideration. I was treated for acute neck pain and also took cosmetic acupuncture treatments with Dr Chiang whose extensive knowledge and excellence at the art of acupuncture made an unforgettable impression on me. I'm definitely coming back if I have other health issues, and I'm definitely going to recommend River Clinic to my friends as a "Chinese Medicine Oasis", a place where treating patients is not a responsibility taken lightly. Special thanks to the receptionists/pharmacists for being affable and caring.

I found Dr Chiang through the internet after encountering a severe skin outbreak. After my skin recovered, I continued to see him for herbal medicine and acupuncture. Dr Chiang is very friendly, open, transparent, professional and knowledgeable. Dealing with multiple chronic health issues, I have seen many medical doctors and specialists throughout the years. I use to feel skeptical due to a lack of transparency with the herbal prescriptions until I met Dr Chiang. I also like Dr Chiang's approach of combining Eastern and Western concepts. I believe his knowledge of human anatomy is no less than a physiotherapist. Every single acupuncture treatment, he carefully palpates the spots before inserting the needles. He inserts the needles with pinpoint accuracy at the right spot to get the most benefit. No matter how busy he is, Dr Chiang always gives his full attention to his patients. I feel very fortunate to have found a doctor with such an amazing passion for his job. It is also inspiring to see a TCM doctor have such a strong desire and determination to heal you ASAP. If you are looking for a great TCM doctor, who can also explain his treatments in perfect English, you must give Dr Chiang a visit. He and his wife run a great clinic and the entire staff are all very friendly.

Not only did he handle acupuncture points very well, he was able to help me predict recovery and answer questions related to my condition. A few months of acupuncture sessions were all it took for me to go from absolutely no movement to well on my way to a full recovery. Even my neurologist was impressed! For 4 years I have suffered with numbness of my face, migraines, neck pain, anxiety, lack of sleep, high blood pressure and knee pain. He made it possible for me to sit and walk after I was diagnosed with herniated disc. He has immense knowledge and gives good advice on how to exercise.
