β β β β β Note that this place has so many good reviews because they email their clients after the first session to write a 5 star review in return for a foam roller the next time they come, I find this kind of business practice to be very dishonest and deceiving to potential patients. Iβm only giving two stars to be nice because the chiropractor had a good attitude but their knowledge of my back issue was lacking. They just told me to come in the following week to see them again WITHOUT telling me what was wrong and what kind of treatment I should get, luckily I went to another place that said my muscles were strained (wow so hard to diagnose) and they told me that the strain is very severe and that I shouldnβt stretch or do anything except get adequate rest (and my back got much better). Why would the chiropractor tell me to come in againβ¦ oh yes because they make so much money off their evasive methods by treating people through implementing exercises and blaming other parts of your body for your injury making sure that you come in every week, sure, that could be the case sometimes but not always, for me, it wasnβt. This place is not cheap, I mean much more expensive than other places. They charged me $160 and I still donβt know what they did except to teach me that I should never go here again.

β β β β β Friendly staff, and great service. i went over the summer to help with my knee pain and received treatment from Jordan Katz and John Sage who were both extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. By the end of the summer I was pain free and able to play basketball for hours without issues.

β β β β β I recently went to Apple Creek Centre due to a fall that injured my back. I worked with Lamya, who was so sweet, friendly and knowledgable. She helped me completely get rid of my back pain and made my first PT experience super comfortable. I highly recommend! :)

β β β β β Super friendly staff. Jordan Katz is a great therapist! My friend recommended him to me after I fell down the stairs and hurt my back. I was hesitant at first but I am glad that I did. He is very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and helped me with my back pain, outlining exercises to improve my flexibility and core strength. I have been to other physiotherapists for other injuries but my experience at the Apple Creek Centre has been the best! I would definitely recommend Apple Creek and Jordan.

β β β β β I went to Apple Creek Sports Medicine because it was recommended by the physiotherapist at the fracture clinic at Markham Hospital. I had partially torn the quad muscle in my left leg. My therapist there was JC Grosso, a very nice and helpful guy. He had a good mix of being enthusiastic, realistic and knowing the latest techniques and exercises. I saw him 12 times over 2 months. We progressed through a series of exercises and increased the difficulty. My goal was to walk as well as I did before my accident. We achieved that and more. Billing was easy as they submitted my claims directly to the insurance company.
I strongly recommend Apple Creek and JC specifically.

β β β β β I am very pleased with Apple Creek Sports Medicine Clinic. They were highly recommended to me by friends at the gym. When I called they were able to give me an appointment with Nejin the next day. Nejin is extremely knowledgeable and I felt like my partial tear in my rotor cuff was starting to heal just after a few appointments. He sent me an exercise program that was easy to follow. Ann at the reception was also very welcoming. Thank you!

β β β β β I was suffering with left shoulder pain that was getting progressively worse as I continued to play beer league level hockey. It was a few weeks before the holiday break and I had to stop playing because I could not handle the pain anymore. I was recommended to Apple Creek by a friend whose daughter was getting treatment there for a knee injury. He recommended I see Jordan Katz, although he did say everyone at the clinic would be great! Jordan has been amazing! He is very knowledgeable and helped me to understand and isolate where my pain was coming from. He developed a series of exercises for me to do adding something more each week. Within 3 to 4 visits, the pain was almost completely gone. The good thing was, the hockey season went on pause around the holiday break and I was able to see Jordan in the meantime. Hockey has just recently started up again and I am able to play, without pain! Although I have not been to the clinic in a few weeks, Jordan has continued to follow up with a call or an email to see how I am progressing β now that is someone who cares about their clients! I would strongly recommend Apple Creek and in particular Jordan Katz.

β β β β β This centre goes beyond the normal rehab clinic to ensure you are taken care of. The staff are all amazing, take pride in their work and genuinely care for their clients. John shows passion and dedication for all. I came to Apple Creek when no other treatment was effective and after working with John, I finally had relief after years of pain. I would highly recommend this centre.
