Couple weeks ago, I Order a set of lowering springs for my CTR from their website. I was told multiple times by a guy called Mohammad that they have shipped the product. And it's coming to me directly from their supplier and it will arrive to me soon.(something like tomorrow or the day after the latest). Also, I have been asking for the tracking number since day 1 but never got it until yesterday which is 3 weeks later. So, where are my springs now? Guess what!! They are still sitting in their supplier warehouse.

Positive experience even though there was a bit of a delay in shipping but Moe was very accomodating!

And straightforward customer service, most competitive price I've ever seen (beat everyone else's prices by about 100 bucks!!)on a PTP terrible blanket. Very very positive experience

Purchased brake pads and rotors for my car. Randy was very knowledgeable and his service is great. Pricing was excellent but more importantly the items came faster than I was quoted from my regular mechanic. One thing to note is that walk-ins are by appointment only so I had to call before going in.

I don’t usually write reviews online,this is actually my first time ever,so exactly 12 weeks ago i ordered parts for my civic type r from alpha Motorsports ,at the time they told me 4-6 weeks for order arrival and guess what still nothing,never even shipped yet and anytime your trying to get feedback good luck,they never answer the phone or emails,they will just ghost you,they got no problem of processing your credit card payment,i do understand that everything is a bit slow whit covid,but at least let clients know,I’ve never waited this long for any kinds of orders before,this is very frustrating specially when you order over 2000$ plus of parts

Just got my KW suspension, Great price!

I usually avoid giving bad reviews unless the experience was beyond terrible. At this point, I feel its necessary for other customers to avoid what I went through. I ordered varis and evasive parts. Was told the wait was 4 months which was reasonable since they are made to order from over seas. After the 4 month wait, I tried contacting mohammad around the expected delivery date for an update on the parts. No response from him via text, message via social media, and phone call. I left it alone assuming he was busy. Waited another week and tried again to contact him, he was still ghosting me. The ghosting went on for a long time until I asked for a refund. If he was having issues with the order, just issue me the refund so I can order it from somewhere else. Once I finally got a hold of him, he said that I had to wait 2 more months. I was annoyed but whatever, it is what it is... I was in no rush, as long as I eventually get my parts. I told him to simply just update me if there are any changes so I know what to expect. After two more months, still no delivery. At this point, I'm just annoyed at the fact that it's just constant lies and he doesn't have the decent consideration of updating his customers on changes even after mentioning it to him. Fast forward, it finally took 8 months to receive my parts! Now I have an issue with one of the parts and I've been trying to get a hold of mohammad for a week now, guess what, he's ghosting me again lol it's actually hilarious at this point! Its like I'm living a seinfeld episode! Here are my lessons learned, -expect to be ghosted by mohammad (like a lot!) -he is the most helpful and has no problem when it comes to taking your money (almost $5,000 in parts in my case) -he will tell you lies to get you off his chest -Expect your orders to arrive really late (hilariously late) -have any issues with your parts? It will be a miracle to get any customer service from Mohammad. -if you want to any sort of results/feedback from him, no point in being nice... he takes advantage of people's kindness (unfortunately from my personal experience)

So I was waiting until I got my rims to write this review. I ordered work wheels during COVID around 2020 august for my widebody build. Moe told me that it would take 90 days and might be a delay cause of Covid, which was fine because i was not in a rush it took a total of 15 months for me to get my rims. They also sent the wrong colour which I was not happy about. Moe gave me two options, either a refund, order rims again in the colour I wanted or a discount on the rims and just take as is. The discount was not too bad of an idea, and I did not want to wait another 15 months for the wheels. My advice: it is the cheapest in the GTA but expect wait times to be long, like 5x the quoted time. It might not have been their fault cause of Covid, so be patient. I got my wheels about 30% cheaper than I wouldve at a competitors. Ill probably use that discount to refinish the wheels somewhere.
