Really nice place, I injured my ankle and they immediately gave me crutches to use without even going into the clinic. They let me keep it until I finished up my checkup where I just bought the crutches. Everyone was really nice, only the lineups were a bit long.

Terrible receptionist. Can’t work under any pressure what so ever. Makes the clinic somewhat incompetent. Sad to know there aren’t any reputable walk in/urgent care clinics in the now CITY of Markham. I called and there was no option for me to even speak to someone to voice my concerns. Doctors do however do an ok job, better then some I’ve experienced, however with this kind of patient management negative reviews will be more dominant.

I've been here a number of times because of convenience. it's just a revolving door facility. After waiting in the waiting area, my visit today was literally 15 seconds long (I'm not exaggerating to make my point). The doctor didn't even check vitals. It seemed as though he had already had a prescription ready without even seeing me. He stepped in, asked for symptoms, handed the prescription over and walked out. Horrible quality of care. I get that this is a walk in clinic, with a high rate of turnover with respect to doctors but I don't even feel confident that he gave me the right meds at this point. Total waste of time.

Great Clinic and People were really friendly, However I was put on hold for almost 8 minutes when I tried calling before.

I am disappointed with this facility. Last Tuesday I broke my nose and I came to this clinic to find a way to get it fixed. Wait time was not very long, and I got to see the doctor in a reasonable time span. Doctor checked my nose briefly and then gave me a slip to get an x-ray so I went upstairs and got my x-ray done within 15min. Doctor also said to come back next week for a follow-up appointment to see the results for the x-ray. Now this is when it started to become very disappointing. I came for my follow up appointment and was brought inside to see the doctor. The doctor told me he "thinks" my nose is fractured. He said he will book an appointed with a specialist to look at my nose and that he will contact me within a week. 9 days later he still did not call so I called. The receptionist said the doctor will only be back tomorrow (Friday) and she said she would let the doctor know and that he would call me between 2:30-3pm. 3:15pm and still no call so I called again and now I had to repeat myself and get this new receptionist up to speed on my situation. Then she tells me to wait a minute and puts me on hold for 15minutes. 15 minutes later I am put back on the line and it is now a new receptionist on the line and she says, "How can I help you". This receptionist told me she had just checked in for her shift today which means the previous receptionist had just left me on the phone and did not even update her coworker receptionist about the client on the phone (me)! So now I had to repeat myself again and it was becoming a joke. So to conclude I would say, go to the hospital or your family doctor if you broke a bone or have a serious issue. This place is okay for checking simple things (for ex. cold, flu). But don't come here and trust that the x-rays and ultrasounds are going to be super accurate because most people working here are new to the field (or else they would have their own clinic or in the hospital). Don't go in here assuming they will be good at diagnosing. Go here only if you already know what you WANT and NEED. Leave the diagnosing and serious health issues to people you can trust more (Hospitals and your family doctor).

Very slow. Went in to get a leg of a tick out and after waiting 20-30 minutes the doctor comes in and tells me it’s fine my body will push it out and it’s not. It’s trying to heal in the wound.. a nurse in Stouffville saw the leg tried to remove it due to lack of tools and how deep in it was she couldn’t. She figured this place would be able to.. I must inform her of the lack of care from this place. Should have never come here.. put my life at risk for absolutely no reason/help. Terrible clinic. Do not go here.
