e	edward s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE customer services. flight changed 3 times and they didn't even notify me to reselect my seats... website/app/customer service as worst then airlines in Pakistan, and other 3rd world countries. STAY AWAY.

Ever flied, the staff that where supposed to take care of us guys, they didn't give much as s***, about the passengers, most of the time they care of their own people. they go around and blah blah blah with the Polish friends. All those flight attendants have commercial smile on their faces . Awful simply awful, on top of that they serving the lousy food, and most of the time if you want anything they simply forget about you and passed by you like nothing happen. Would never fly those guys anymore even if they pay me for.

V	Vedat Ekmekci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my Travel from Turkey Istanbul to Canada Toronto, I took polish airlines. when i received my baggage In Toronto Pearson airport i realized my Baggage was damaged. it was not till i got home that i realized that my baggage locks had be broken and someone had been through my baggage. Many valuable and sentimental items were stolen from it. The workers who went through my bags most have had a a lot of time since everything was individual wrapped, and every thing i had wrapped was ripped apart. i got in touch with the police and they said there is not much they could do. I called polish airlines and they did not pick up for 2 hours so i just gave up on them. Polish airlines were no help in anyway and are impossible to contact. i would not recommend flying with them. My friends baggage was also broken into. and polish airlines is no help and is impossible to reach. I will never be flying with them again, just spend extra cash and get a better airline.

Their contact form online doesn’t work at all and when you call the # it gets disconnected after 1-2 hours every time! I would give them 0 stars if I could! Avoid flying with Lot if possible!

I submitted a refund request more than a month ahead of our supposed departure date as soon as our flight was canceled. I called customer services several times. After feeding me "you just have to wait, it is being processed" for nearly 2 months, today, I was told it is for sure not going to happen until the end of 2022, and after that they still do not know when the refund will be processed. The representative from LOT Customer Services Canadian help center hung up on me, after raising her voice and not answering my questions but just repeating the same over and over again like a mantra. My inquiries with their WhatsApp service and through the website's claims form were left unanswered. Horrible experience with LOT Polish Airlines. I do not recommend anyone to fly with them.
