My glasses I need for work were stolen and Lindsay made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning here for any other glasses/ sunglasses my family needs. Thank you. It makes a big difference when you pay it forward :)

Or just fix the old ones. I went with four stars, because I had an interaction with the temp- manager, that did not go well. At all. I was about to take a full refund on a pair of glasses for my wife and left my wallet at home. When I came back I gave another employee a second chance to keep my business. And he went above and beyond. Stick to the dedicated staff and don’t deal with the clueless manager, and I will be great.

The staff are very friendly and the store has a lot of amazing options for glasses and sunglasses. Will be coming back here for sure to buy a fancy pair of sunglasses. Highly recommend!

I brought in a pair of glasses that were bent out of shape, Even though I didn’t buy the frames from the store, within minutes the store manager brought them back to me with no charge. This is the type of attitude/service that makes people like me return for future business. I highly recommend LensCrafters for anyone who’s looking for new frames, lenses and for people who actually care about their customers!

She gave me lots of time to browse on my own but was right there when I had questions. She was helpful and knowledgable and so nice. Finally, once I attended at LensCrafters in the Georgian Mall and met Mary, I knew I would be well taken care of. Mary is very knowledgeable, professional, caring and explained so much to me. I finally will get a pair of progressive glasses that work, fit and look great on me. The selection and convenience of LensCrafters is excellent. Mary's customer service skills are second to none. Less than five minutes, and they were cleaned and good as new! They even replaced the nose pads, and everything was free of charge. Very impressed.
