★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in looking for The Band of Brothers Box set, unfortunately they did not have it. The staff were super friendly and tried to sell me other videos asked I wanted them to order my video in but I declined. Overall the place seemed well organized and we'll managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love physical media, so perhaps I'm a bit biased, but here goes.
I love seeing a store like this with a selection of both popular and less commonly known films. There is a healthy selection of both here, to satisfy all sorts of different collectors and film buffs. They maintain DVD, Blu-Ray and a small selection of 4K. As to prices, they are comparable to Amazon (and I would rather support brick-and-mortar anyway), and they have some sale stuff which seems to be unique to their store (by that I mean not the same stuff you see in every bin everywhere).
Ultimately, I didn't find what I was looking for and as such my customer service interactions were limited, but overall this was an enjoyable stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like a small neighborhood store with friendly staff who are willing to put a movie aside for you to pickup, sections of movies like comedy, drama, war, anime, etc. Probably best selection of 4K Blu Rays in Barrie. Prices are only a couple dollars inflated vs buying online. I like the store quite a bit.
