Great selection. Customer service was fantastic. They had a certain cream that I was looking for that most of the Shoppers Drug Marts didn't.

Absolutely horrible. They get the new people, unregistered pharmacists, answering phones. Customer service is a joke. Everything you ask about, like specific dates that primary care physicians were contacted are conveniently inaccessible. Everything is shrouded behind curtains of plausible deniability. I've been charged for prescription extensions that were made due to SHOPPERS' mistakes, not mine. I've been lied to, told that it's "just the way it is", "sometimes that happens", "the owner isn't in right now, but you should talk to her maybe next Tuesday", "we sent the fax but your doctor hasn't replied". I have phoned my doctor and they either confirm that no fax was received (past), or that it was received but only one day before the prescription was supposed to be refilled (today). This specific anecdote is related to their absolutely horrible "auto-renew" system. I have had poor customer service well before today, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I've bought thousands of dollars of medication over the years, and never once has my doctor failed to renew a prescription when I phoned it in on time. Thousands of dollars, and they charged me $17 for an extension that was due to THEIR SYSTEM FAILURE. Extreme disorganization has been their policy for about a year now. The company has no due diligence system for negative feedback. Nothing has been recorded by them, except the phone call for legal purposes. No feedback will ever reach the ears of those in charge, and so the organization will continue to abuse their customers. The auxillary business of selling candy and cosmetics is the only thing they can manage properly. This is the last time I bother with these people. Buy your prescriptions from other pharmacies. Try to go for a local one. Don't support this horrible company's monopoly on drugs. I just wish I could take back all the money I have to them over the years and give it to a company with a little moral discretion. I expect to be refunded my $17 when I go in to speak with the owner on "maybe Tuesday". I expect it to be a chore to get, but I will get it. And this negative review will remain unchanged, as witness to just how petty of an organization this really is. The pharmacists, the registered pharmacists, are excellent. As poor as the business may be, the pharmacists (the senior one in particular) are excellent. Very sweet, knowledgable, friendly, and responsible. Lack of proper company policy, and business ethics are the issues here.

Great place the Pharmacist was great help today! He definitely noticed my frustration with getting a run around all morning from other place's! He went over and above for me and I am truly grateful!

I visited this location today, particularly to check out the beauty section. There was a gentleman named Austin and he was an absolute pleasure! Very polite, knowledgeable, friendly. Made my shopping experience quick, and easy. I currently have a broken foot and I was in and out. Austin most definitely knows how to put a smile on faces, I sure did although you couldn’t see past my mask!! ? You just don’t know what people may go through during their days and I wanted to thank Austin for putting a smile on my face ! Thank you ?

My dearest husband and I, were going to pick up his prescription meds (Viagra) when all of a sudden he dropped DEAD! In the adult diapers section, and me as an Empath I could definitely sense a bad VIBE!! 10/10 WOULD NOT go to this facility without any Healing stones!!! (Examples) rose quartz, snow flake obsidian, and or tourmaline! The only reason I would go back, is because the manager is SMOKING HOT!

Went there to finally get some good quality makeup now that I paid off my student debt, Taylin the girl at the makeup part of the store was excellent. Matched me up with my shades and gave me this wonderful mascara my lashes have never looked so good. I live in severn bridge but I’ll be back to visit her when I decide to try bronzer, contours, highlight and blush. Felt the need to make a google review and a shoppers drug mart review

Tracy and Fiona, on her day off!!! went out of the way to help my wife find her weekly magazines that we buy here weekly. The shipment was not unpacked and they helped us with this and also the electronic checkout. Last week Tracy helped us that week. Great job!!we will continue to support the store for all our needs.

Great selection of products at this location, but checking out is slow and painful. There never seems to be more than one cashier on duty at any given time, and no other staff around to help. Postal desk is usually empty, and you have to track down someone to be able to use it.
