★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for all your currency needs! All of the tellers are nice and MORE IMPORTANTLY they know their stuff and are absolutely helpful and knowledgeable.
The rates are good and if you are headed somewhere exotic or are having trouble getting a specific kind of money, just ask them and they’ll get it in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and asked a few general questions about a few places I would be travelling in the upcoming months, I just have to say the service was Excellent!!!
The best information I received was when I asked specially about Cuban currency and learned more knew before. I didn’t know it was not exported out of the country, but I did find out if the branch did have some on hand I could purchase it, and if not I could purchase the currency with my Canadian funds when I arrived in Cuba.
They girls really help me save money cause I was given wrong advice from a friend. So glad I went in and inquired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and spoke to an employee about currency exchanges. She misinformed me about the exchange rate at their location versus at the airport. She even had the decency to lie saying that the airport is more expensive because most people that go there don't have another option since its last minute. I ended up listening to her advise and lost money in the transaction. She lied about having a better rate .68 at the airport versus .77 at their location.
I went there because my local bank recommended it.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at your Barrie location were extremely pleasant and helpful when I was trying to get money exchanged for my daughter's vacation to Peru. They mentioned about a senior discount so I could get the most for my money and helped me to get the currency denominations that were best for my purpose. Give them a 5 star rating for their customer assistance!
