They are always so kind, they make sure they give you the exact look you are going for and every appointment is a great experience. These two ladies are amazing at their job- I have been seeing Shannon for over 2 years now and I don’t trust anyone else but these gals with my brows!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough good things about Benefit Cosmetics. It is located inside Sephora. I had my eyebrows waxed and mapped. Then I was shown how to fill in the sparse areas. I was never pressured to buy any products. I will definitely be going here for now on.

The way my eyebrows was mapped before shaping and cleaning, it was a delight to go through, I am definitely going to go back. Worth the money & time. Alexis was very professional & took her good time & observation, even me being the last appointment of the day,me giving her thick brown girls eyebrows to work on. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at Benefit Brow Bar are absolute artists! Not only are they absolutely lovely ladies, but they take their time, map out your brows and always do an incredible job. The best part is how consistent they are with the quality of their work. I can always go in an know I am going to leave with my eyebrows looking so much better and never have any fear that they will be botched the way I have experienced at other waxing facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first time visiting the Benefit Brow Bar at Sephora in the Georgian Mall. I was super nervous to book an appointment as it can be so hard to find someone who does brows nicely. After reading multiple reviews online I decided I needed to book here and online booking was super easy. I was a few minutes late for my appointment but Shannon was super accommodating. The time she took to get everything set up and the cleanliness was really great. She mapped out my brows and waxed them as well. My brows look amazing and I will definitely be back!
