★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my phone in for screen replacement and all seemed to be fine but noticed that certain areas of the screen didn't not work when you touched in those areas. was told it was my phones software. funny how everything worked before , just a crack in the screen. Offered no help but were more then happy to take my money. Extremely poor customer service. DO NOT take your phone or anything to these thief's, taking advantage of people during the Christmas season!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my phone in to get the dust out of the charging port. They charged $10 to do so. After that my phone still wouldn't charge that night. I took it back the next day and they said that it looks like I stuck something in the charging port to clean it and broke the connector. I told them that I didn't and they cleaned it for me and stuck tweezers up there to get it out. They then said oh its not from that, its from the dust. The dust causes permanent damage. They literally lied to right after saying it was from sticking something up there and I said they did it, to changing their story how dust broke a connector. Cost me $85 to get my phone fixed from somewhere else who said it was not from dust it was from the tweezers.
