Today, my girlfriend and I were serviced by Elliot! We ended up upgrading to 2 new phones and a new home internet package. Elliot was easy to talk, very knowledgeable about the new phones we were getting, and got us in and out quickly! He has outstanding customer service and made us feel comfortable, and for this we’ll definitely be back! The store followed proper COVID-19 guidelines, which made shopping less stressful and easy! Again, thank you Elliot for staying past closing to make sure my girlfriend and I got the best deal possible and making the experience of buying a new phone fun, easy and quick! ??

Matt was great, he was quick and covered everything important. We went into add another phone to my fiancee's account, and switch mine from another carrier. He showed me how to transfer the files/data from my old phone to the new one (I have a lot of photos so it took me a few hours). He applied the screen protector for me, and the new case. We were in and out in probably 30 minutes max. The whole experience was quick, painless, friendly and fun even while social distancing. The easiest phone buying experience I've ever had.

Amazing Services. Went into the store for a simple Phone Upgrade and not only got a new phone but a better service plan at a cheaper rate. The associate was very friendly and professional. Doesn't use complicated tech words like some other places, and makes sure your comfortable with what your signing up for. Prompt and very COVID safe location. Shop with ease.

2014 I joined the "Virgin Team>" Recently VIRGIN offered to me TV and Internet coverage to be equal to current carrier; however, it wasn't. I was to purchase an adapter for TV; they finally said I would receive one in the mail in 2 weeks. (So do I pay 2 suppliers 2 weeks for coverage?) I didn't have any coverage; connected to wrong adapter. $40.00 charge from former provided to rehook. As a result, I have tried to switch my Virgin phone coverage to 2 other suppliers; yet my phone is locked. I purchase service from a supplier for 7 years; however, once you cancel they do not unlock your phone; with the result everyone tells you to buy a new phone. We are trying to keep electronics out of the land fill; yet our telecommunications people are littering it and taking our old phone back so someone in China at the age of 5 can pull them apart for the pieces. Yes Folks , we live in Good Old Canada - where is the CRTC???? Virgin claims they have released my phone; 2 cell phone suppliers state they cannot open my phone. A cell phone repair man states the same; VIRGIN has to push the buttons to release my phone. Does Virgin want to cover the gas in my vehicle to go from A to B for help. If you only have a cell phone, how do you call CRTC - stand at a pay phone to the tune of $20.00. Soo VIRGIN, get off your hinny and release my phone to another supplier who may appreciate my business and treat me like a LADY! So Mr. and Ms. Public, I have 2 cell phones that work; yet because my phone is not released; I am to buy one more - who gains - the telecommunication people, not the public!

I just switched my mobile plan from Bell... Reason behind it they were ridiculously expensive... For now it's 5 ⭐ but will see if it stay like that... Staff were very friendly and useful... I recommend this provider...

Chris at Virgin was great! I actually dealt with two other employees before him that just didn’t seem to be on the same page as me, but Chris saved my day! He was full of knowledge of product, listened to me and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He should be running the team in this store - thanks again Chris!

My husband and I had a great experience at Virgin in Barrie. We switched to Virgin and were able to save a bunch per month for a better package. Neil was fantastic, he explained everything to us in detail and made sure we knew what we would be charged and when. Our new phones are great, coverage is awesome, no complaints. Wish we switched sooner. Thanks Neil!
