★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit on Sunday June 23, 2019. A very wide variety of items which are organised adequately. Seasonal items, such as summer beach / vacation / camping near front, with electronic items at the rear, with everything else imaginable in between. Prices appeared reasonable and would suggest the thrifty / smart shopper check before purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to be honest with everyone here. Factory Direct is a hit-or-miss kind of place. There is no in-between. Either you find something you need at a great price, or you don't. The item performs properly, or it doesn't. You get great customer service one day, and terrible service the next.
It is what it is, and it's also why I've chosen a 3-star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a hose nozzle and it was forgotten at the cash. I called to find out if it was left there, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I always receive friendly service. They have a wide variety of items from vaccumes to hair brushes. If you get chance go in you'll also be a returning customer.
