I have been a client of Anna's Nails for over 4 Years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! the ladies are lovely, my nails are always fabulous and they give the best pedicures in town by far! These ladies are so experienced with nails and elderly people as I bring my mother regularly to help maintain her in-grown. I absolutely Love these Ladies....Plus they feed me BBQ Bun....amazing!

Always the most friendly and specialized service Anna, Nancy, Sarah and Cathy have been the most caring and professional experts in this location Been going to them about 25 years and have tried other places but always come back.

Today was my second time going to this salon as I live in niagara region and was traveling to my fathers funeral and wanted my nails to look nice. I had Sara, and I asked for French so after her first application of the white tip I said I didn’t like it and she insisted I put my hands under the black light and she would fix it. After the second application it was horrible and it was done so poorly and sloppily I again said I didn’t like it and she became upset with me when I asked her to remove it. After she removed the polish and walked away to take a waxing client while I sat there and wasted more time, I looked and realized that my “ring finger” nail was literally only half attacked to my real nail and I could stick another finger nail about 5 mm inder my fake nail. I notified the other women working there and was told to tell Sara myself when she returned. She then said it was normal!!!! It’s not normal or healthy to have a 5mm gap for dirt and infection to start. She then said she stated cutting all my nails off and told me to go somewhere else. I spent 2 hours there! So now I have no time to go else where and have to go to my fathers funeral with horrible looking nails. I looked at the reviews before and saw how horrible their other reviews are. I should have listened to the poor other women who have been ripped off and disappointed and not have gone there. Her are pictures of the horrible French job just on my feet and as you can tell my finger nails have been cut back to the quicks.

Always a pleasure to visit! They are so nice, wickedly efficient and supremely talented. Everything I have done is always a top notch job and very relaxing. Very clean, great safely protocols and they somehow even made all the new barriers look like they should be there and not just slapped in place so the atmosphere is silly nice

My latest visit was a much need after the lockdown! Anna was fantastic! I went knowing what I wanted, had pictures to give her an idea of what I liked and she nailed it! Mermaid, Cotton Candy vibes with toes to match. Do you like it? Do you Love it? Do you want it? Go to Anna's!! I've been going to Anna's since she first opened, I've tried a few other places here and there but always regret it and go back. Now I stay, they always do a great job giving me the long beautiful nails I love and Anna is so artistic with so many design choices, I'm a customer for life! Thank you ladies!

I called a week in advance to schedule for Mother’s Day and spoke directly with Anna. When we got there they said Anna didn’t put it in the book until 10:30. Then they proceeded to take a walk in customer ahead of us and told us that they did not have time for my nails after they had already told all of us to pick our colour and we had been waiting for 20 minutes. They also refuse to do any designs for my mom or grandma because they did not know how. Horrible service. Will not go back

I went in for acrylics and now, I have acrylic and gel polish all In my cuticles, and nail beds. The lady filed them crooked and definitely not square. I asked for just a simple pink but she refused to not let me get glitter on top which is an extra $5. I will NOT be returning.

I highly recommend Anna’s Nail Salon to anyone seeking a friendly experience who offers affordable, high quality nails that last a long time! I go here all the time to get my nails done and have never once left disappointed. They always match the pictures I show them perfectly and suggest creative ways to make them look even more fabulous. They’re so kind and had remembered me after only my first visit! I’ve tried a few other places in Barrie but none compare to Anna’s.
