They had lovely people start our pedis but then when the manicurist came to take over, they were rather grumpy. They then proceeded to tell us that the the things we wanted to do were not possible…. A French manicure isn’t possible? They also tried to fix my broken nail which lead to an added expense and looked awful. We went home and took it all off immediately! Also, since then, my nails have been extremely fragile and constantly breaking. The new growth is thankfully back to normal… hopefully it grows out fast!

So at the beginning, I made myself clear with what I wanted and the lady mentioned that she could do that. As the time went by, what she did was ungracious and horrible‼️I insisted on changing the design because I didn’t want to ruin my birthday. Their closing time was approaching, and for that she was literally trying to get rid of me. I was spoken to very rudely, my cuticles were being hurt badly and what not. Do not visit them until you want to get disrespected.

So kind, she was able to do the design I wanted, and gave advice to make sure my nails turned out beautiful. Definitely will go back! Highly recommend Teara for designs and shellac solar gel!!

I’ve been told too many times to leave and come back in 30 mins to an hour. It’s not unusual to wait 30 mins. Each time I am there they take all walk-ins. They never say no. I said to them what is point of me making appointments when you take walk-ins and make me wait. I stomped out and came back in 30. Last time broke straw off camel’s back. Three of us waiting for an hour while they still took walk-ins. Young daughter took two walk-ins ahead of me to do their pedis. She worked on one while other soaked. Husband who has no proper training and little experience did my pedi. It did not turn out great yet he charged me full amount even after one hour wait. This is not good client service and I am very disappointed that they would treat me this way after being their client for so long.
B	Brenda McMahon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual "go-to" salon for nails, usually VERY satisfied. This past Saturday, booked an 11:30 a.m. appointment for mani/pedi. Was told they were running late, got seated at the pedi chair at 12:00. Soaked for 1 HOUR - in the mean-time 2 walkins without appointments, were pedicured two chairs down from me, as well as a walk-in nail filler. I was not booked with anyone special. When I brought this to the attention of people, I had two people servicing me at once, by this time I was truly NOT impressed. My experience took 3 hours in total. What happened here?? I expect great things from this salon. It is service like this that makes people go elsewhere. If appointments are made, they take priority over any walk in. 100%.

The staff are so accommodating & friendly and most importantly, all the staff seem VERY skilled at what they do. The massage chairs are also the best I’ve experienced at a nail salon. Fast service. Busy location, so appointments recommended.
P	Pennerhead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie gave me a pedicure so nice. Friendly and funny. It was the end of the day and I was the last customer she had but you would think I was her first. Great job on my toes especially since I'm ticklish.
