And the front desk lady was very nice. I would reccomend and plan to continue getting massages there. Interested to try their cupping and hot stone treatments as well.
T	Tyra Wadman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note: This was my first time getting a massage and I went there at my own leisure, not from injury or chronic pains, just from years and years of untreated stress. THE STAFF: were wonderful and were very accommodating when I arrived a few minutes late. My fault, I underestimated the distance from my house... They were very informative and the reception was fantastic. They made sure I was comfortable and my gods, I knew I needed a massage but I didn't know how badly I needed one until I stood up. I feel like a whole new person! The bed is also heated, which was fantastic after walking through the snow. It froze my eyebrows. I was sad to go back into the cold afterwards. If you aren't comfortable being completely nude, that is fine. They have a blanket and will only expose the places that they are working on, or they can work with a thin/loose layer of clothes (it feels more effective without, though). THE ATMOSPHERE: soft, gentle music. Lights with cloths draped over to make things nice and dim. I never lay on my stomach but with the face pillow and the soft mattress, it was actually very easy to do! THE VERDICT: I will be coming back as soon as my schedule lines up for it again!!! Not only did I receive a relaxing experience, but they also let me know why things were the way they were, for example, why my skin was so tight/tense and giving me small stretches to do that will improve me entirely (because its affecting my whole body and not just one area unfortunately).

They promptly bill to my insurance and the staff is very personable and willing to help answer any questions or concerns. I suffer from chronic migraines and body pain and see one of their acupuncturists, Krisztina B. I have had the most effective outcome from Krisztina’s treatment plan and have a lot of trust and appreciation for the work she has done to help me. She has taken the time to work with me to find a treatment plan that works well for me by listening and recommending various methods by which to improve my quality of life. It has been very effective in preventing migraines as well as other bodily dysfunctions I struggle with. I highly recommend this clinic especially for acupuncture. The RMTs practicing massage there are great, too!

So if someone planning for massage here pls shop aroun before coming here. Thanks
J	Julie P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely recommend going here. Great friendly staff and their RMTs are great - knowledgeable and professional. Stefan was great- highly recommend him. First time going they offer a massage for 80 instead of their usual 110 - great way to try them out. So just do it!

It was the perfect balance of relaxing in quiet and also checking in to see if there was anything I'd like changed. He treated my TMJ which I've had for years and can be painful or easily triggered if over done - it was perfect. He kindly reminded me to breathe (I have a lot of trouble relaxing) which I definitely needed to optimize the treatment. All around super caring and friendly energy while allowing you to relax and get a top technique treatment. Looking forward to my next my next massage, I highly recommend!
