M	Marjorie Page on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all had wraps and soup. One thing about the soup, Be prepared to eat a lot. The size of servings are ridiculously large. You'll be eating soup for days. It is primarily a vegetarian place to eat but you can tell they do use fresh vegetables so it is a different taste in each bite. i had the fiesta wrap with chicken which was really good and flavourful.

Rushed me and my mom through the order, while did not with others after us. Felt extremely awkward. Never had such an experience in any other Freshii outlet before. Maybe the staff was tired ?‍♂️

I love Freshii as a brand but at this particular location if you order a bowl, you get 70% of what a usual Freshii bowl is supposed to be. Not the first time this has happened. Last 4 times I have been here, the bowls or burritos are just cheaped out on. It’s frustrating because this is the closest location to me. The South end Park Place location is 10 times better in terms of quality and portion sizes.

Washrooms always clean I went today at almost 3:00 pm 24-04-2019 and the burrito is smaller than the one at park place and not enough toppings so sad hopefully they don’t Lower the quality however still the customer service was good but the size was smaller and not enough toppings Went back again and quality has being improve my daughter also visit this place often and service and quality has being improve Thank you for Caring

The amount of sauce was so minimal it was practically just water. Literally water. When I got in the two girls were busy with online orders and I was waiting for 10 mins just to speak to someone/order. Which isn’t a big deal but I was the only one in the store for a while and usually someone can at least take an order. I get the day was busy and they were doing their job fulfilling orders but it seems they’re understaffed and the portions/sauces are lacking/completely watered down. It wasn’t the girls fault at all they were nice, just seems the staffing is short/the sauces are basically water :/ I like freshii a lot and just want this one to improve since I’m closer to this one now :)

He offered me a free meal and dessert for the inconvenience even though it wasn’t his fault. Upon coming in for my free meal I was greeted warmly by the owner and my experience couldn’t have been better. I’ve always loved freshii since first experiencing it out west back in 2013. It will always be my first choice for go to healthy quick eating. I’m so happy there is a freshii on the north end. Thanks you so much again! The owner is great the staff are great. Great location. Everything is GRREATTT! Love the energy bites. They are amazing! Everything on the menu is amazing. Come in and you won’t regret it! Update as of July 8/2021…. Why do you guys still cut your rice noodles. They are not supposed to be cut into small little pieces. They are NOODLES. I figured I would try ordering again today the Buddha bowl but sure enough I get it and the rice noodles are shredded. This is annoying. Just solidified my reason for going out of my way to visit park place freshii. Now that I’m thinking about it and looking at my food I would assume the reason you guys do this to the noodles is to try and save money. I feel like the portion sizing is off and I’m still hungry after eating it. Want bigger portion sizes and things done correctly, go to freshii in park place.
L	Lauren Griffin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a kid’s bowl online and requested no olive oil on the bottom as sometimes it gets put in so that the noodles don’t stick. I picked it up and realized that there was olive oil, so I went back in and asked nicely for it to be remade. The manager refused to remake it and claimed that there was no olive oil when it was saturated with it. My mom went in and tried to reason with the woman, but the worker began yelling at her and acting very unprofessional. The bowl ended up remade but very small and missing an ingredient. It took about ten minutes to convince them to remake the bowl.

I asked for 2 eggs, even paid more to get them and didn’t receive them in my dish. I also had a few toppings missing too. I tried contacting the store but no reply yet. The noodles were also hard and uncooked. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering there again.
