Best thing is their great clips app where you can check in one hour before you get to salon on your phone and know how busy what salon is. Shows all salons in area and estimated wait times. PS ; after your first cut they store your haircut preferences like what number of hair thinning attachment like a number 2 for me. Number 2 on sides and finger length on top.
Still one of best salons in Barrie for good haircut. Stylists are friendly and knowlegable. I like my hair short and stylist on this last visit noticed hair not too long on top but did little trim cause I said I like it short. most of my hair issues are on sides around ears and these stylists tidy this up well monthly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sunday April 24 2022 I walked into Great Clips on Cundles to let the manager know about the service I had received from a stylist. I asked for the manager, she was so rude and ignorant when I started to talk to her. I then told her about the service I had received from a stylist named Amanda. Amanda was absolutely amazing, she made the hair style experience for the little one I was with so much fun. Great clips needs to look into the training of their manager, maybe needs some customer relations training.
Thank you for having great stylist such as Amanda. For a great haircut go to Great clips on Cundles Road and ask for Amanda. She's excellent.
