★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this salon for the first time after living in Barrie for almost 5 years. And after changing 5 different stylists I can finally say that I found a great one. Steven cut my hair and unlike other stylists before he really listened to what I wanted. I cut my hair in an "a-line graduated bob" and all I can say he did a great job. I would even consider him cutting my hair really short, which I've never done before since I've felt kind of anxious doing that before because I couldn't find a good stylist. I will definitely go back very soon. He's a very pleasant person and experienced at what he does. Thank you Steven.

Well, we have never experienced such service with a hair stylist and it seems like you trying to purchase or reserve a highly value items and not simply trying to get your hair done.
In any case, if you are trying to be sophisticated with a new client to show that you are extremely professional, let me tell you that you ARE NOT AT ALL professional and complicated. You lost our business and most definitely our friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. I told them I wanted a cut and Color upfront days in advance. I asked for times to book, they ignored and asked me details about what I wanted done. I explained, they didn’t understand, they called me I explained again and asked for times to book again. They assured me there’s plenty of openings. Ignored me again. Asked for a photo of what i want. I sent one and asked again for times to book. They told me 9am is all they have and otherwise they’re fully booked, they didn’t know if I was “serious” and didn’t want to waste a slot if I wasn’t. For days I said I am coming Friday. I need it done Friday. This is what I need done, whatever happens I need a Color and cut. They totally brushed me off and their customer service is a joke. I will never and would never EVER come to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get foils done as my usual hair stylist was away. The environment of the staff and the place was lovely. My hair is quite thick and long and took a long while. I wanted them to be blonde but ended up being a little less blonde than I originally wanted. I left feeling a bit disappointed, but the staff at Mon Cheri quickly told me they would fix any issue I had within the next 24-48 hours. The customer service was great and throughout the next day, in the lighting, it ended up looking perfect and I think I was a little bit apprehensive of the process. It turned out perfect without needing to go back in to fix anything. Would definitely recommend this salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Kass! It was my first time back in a salon in years and she made the experience so amazing! She was super attentive to what I wanted to do with my hair and it turned out way better than I expected. She made sure my hair was still super healthy even though we used bleach, and she made sure to keep checking my hair while it was processing which I really appreciated. She was a great conversationalist and I really enjoyed talking with her, I am definitely going to be a regular client of Kass's as I am so in love with her work and have gotten so many compliments!
