Rinaldi Salon & Spa

I can not say enough good things about this salon. The staff was so professional, there was no internal gossiping happening (which is rare in a salon) and they all worked as a team throughout my visit. My stylist Kendall was very knowledgeable with regards to the colour I was wanting to achieve. And if I can add, she nailed it ??? I was in a crunch for time when it came to my blow out and style, fortunate for my the owner over heard and pulled a second girl on to help style my hair. Talk about going above and beyond!!! I will definitely be going back. Amazing service all around.

Went here last week to get a balayage and was pushed to instead get highlights and was shown photos that looked absolutely nothing like what I got.. I ended up with a multi toned ugly colour and a cut that was so boxy and blunt. I asked for caramel balayage, shorter hair with layers to add more volume and body. Got none of those. I called and went back so they could “fix” this hot mess I paid $250+ for and got a solid hair colour that came out way too dark and washes out in 20 washes so by February I’ll have that ugly multi tones hair again. I want my money back because I shouldn’t have to pay that much for something I didn’t even ask for and that came out so horribly. My cut is terrible and colour is terrible even after the “fix”. Will never go to this salon again. STAY AWAY! If the owner of this salon sees this, do the right thing and refund my money back because this is just brutal, I have been crying about my hair ever since and no one should feel like that after going to a salon and paying over $250.

Definitely a great salon to visit! Ask for Jen if you are having your hair cut ;) She is awesome! I experienced my first trip to Rinaldi today - all of the staff were super polite and kind. The salon was very clean with lovely décor. Marianne washed my hair, she did an excellent job. I like to talk, and she was willing to chit chat along with me very pleasantly. Her scalp massage at the end was awesome! Jen cut and styled my hair, she was amazing. I showed her a few photos of a couple of ideas I had, but wanted her professional opinion - mainly because my usual "go-to" for hair is to throw it up in a ponytail until it is dry - so something that would require a lot of styling and maintenance would not work out well for me. She gave her input of one style over the other and clearly explained why (due to a lot of styling needed for the other to make it look good), but of course offered to do the other as it is my hair and my choice. I went with her recommendation, a layered look. She continuously checked her layers while cutting to make sure everything was even, and would check in with me about length and what I would like the outcome to look like. She also offered a lot of styling tips - showed me how to use the round brush and dryer if I would like to start trying to use it - but also showed me some styling tips that did not need the round brush, as well as a way to put my hair up to dry that would style it. She was very friendly, kind, and I greatly appreciated learning her styling tips and tricks for my new hair cut. Definitely a salon I would to return to! :)

I was gifted “Queen for a Day” for my birthday. This morning was my very first experience at Rinaldi’s and I can’t wait to go back! I’m not a “spa” kind of girl so this was my very first facial in my 45 years. I spent a total of 2 hours with Deanna (sp?) for a massage and facial. I would have never in a million years thought having someone pick and squeeze at my face could be so relaxing! Thank you Deanna for making my very first experience of many to come at Rinaldi’s so amazing!

I had a massage & facial today RMT is great! It was my second time seeing her she's very good at what she does - really good pressure & technique. Facial was a wonderful experience too very good esteticiain. Ambiance was very nice and very friendly welcoming staff. I had a wonderful experience and will definitly be back again. Tea between treatments would have been a nice touch between treatments but I really enjoyed the treatment room and staying in the same place for both services.

Vince and Marienne are so wonderful and talented. Vince was able to take my bad dye job that I got somewhere else and completely fix it!!! He was very personable and fun. His skill is amazing and I will 100% be coming back here for all my hair needs now. The color he gave me is so well done and perfect. Then Marienne (hope I spelled her name right) came to give me a cut and styling and she was great -- her attention to detail was phenomenal and she turned my dead, damaged and lifeless hair into a masterpiece. 11/10 stars and definitely will be recommending to all my coworkers who will surely be asking where I got my amazing hair cut/color from.
