b	bernice witt milewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ August 27/2021 Totally unhappy Scotia Bank Customer.. Here is my long-winded experience with Scotiabank, 44 Collier Street Branch, Barrie, Ontario. Today I e-transfered money/funds to my husband's Scotia Bank account (Collier branch). The Transfer was successful however he went shopping & was unable to use his card. Called branch and was told that there is no hold on his card & he should be able to use his card, but still was unable to use card. Went to the branch to resolve issue which was time consuming & ruined my husband's whole day!..Was issued 2 new debit/visa cards & still after all this-was unable to use new card. Tried to use his "new" debit card at the ATM at that branch & it still did not work.... Needed to line-up once again to talk to the teller, was issued another new debit card & still it did not work! I can't believe that the teller did not properly resolve the issue & just said: " well, it should work"!... How does Scotia Bank expect to keep their customers happy & satisfied when they can't resolve regular banking issues such as this. HORRIBLE!!!

They really don’t care what the other person is going through and they just made to safe their self. This is Unacceptable .

She has bad legs and so I went in to tell them about this problem, and the woman that I dealt with was condescending and rude and told me I shouldn’t be using my mothers card. I explained that I wasn’t using the card and that my mother was in the car staying at the atm. She just had this nasty look in her eyes and told me she couldn’t help me. I had to go back to the car and drive my mom to the front so that she could go in herself. I was not asking for any confidential information I just wanted help on what to do with the ATM, and I do not appreciate being dealt with in that manner, nor will I tolerate it. The teller seemed shocked I was dishing out the same attitude she was giving me.
O	OCFStones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do they lock their vestibule rendering access to the ATM machine un accessible? I pay a service fee to be able to access my money and make transactions. The Branch manager needs to address this issue immediately, otherwise banking at this location isn't a viable solution to paying customers.
