She was super nice and friendly and explained the whole process and gave a super reasonable quote and made sure to stay in that range. We were changing my daughter's hair from red back to blonde. It took 2 treatments and the result was amazing! The receptionist is super kind, funny and very personable. Will definitely be going back!
d	drip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a lack of knowledge in regards to the techniques used in popular hair styles. After being quoted a price, they charged almost double for their service. They also have a ridiculous “no refunds” policy where if you are unhappy with your final results, they only offer for you to come back for them to “fix” it. You can only try and fix something so many times until it becomes an inconvenience for the customer still leaving unhappy in which a refund should be issued.. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who expects a properly executed balayage, shadow root, root melt etc or any colourful colours.

I was very well taken care of from start to finish. The wash was relaxing very satisfying. My hair was smooth and soft at the end . Would go again very great experience.

They stay up to date with their knowledge and techniques, regularly travelling to New York to remain on trend, and genuinely care about hair health and style. Combined with their skill set, they’re fun to know as well! Conversations are real, and interesting. When you sit in a chair for hours at a time, it’s nice to enjoy yourself instead of watching the clock.

I am satisfied with the cut, atmosphere and people who work there. Convinced me after my bad experience with another salon that not all salons are bad. Would highly recommend this place!
